5 For Tomorrow's Applications WAGO Engineering Software e!cockpit with New Functions NEW! e!cockpit, Version 1.5 WAGO has added several new functions to the e!cockpit Engineering Software, preparing it for tomorrow s applications. e!cockpit turns a WAGO PFC into an EtherCAT Master in no time at all. Like other fieldbus configurators, the configurator is fully integrated. The new topology view provides an overview of the entire physical structure. The integrated telecontrol technology configurators for DNP3 and IEC slaves up new fields of applications in telecontrol technology when using e!cockpit. A French language version is now available with the release of e!cockpit Version 1.5. Three versions are available that have been tailored for use as a Web Panel, Visu Panel or Control Panel. 10 For Seamless Information Flow WAGO Controller PFC200 G2 for More Networking with Four ETHERNET Interfaces WAGO is rounding out its range of controllers with the Controller PFC200 G2, 4ETH, CAN, USB. The new PFC200 can operate as an I-Device (slave) under a PROFINET controller in a PROFINET network and s up new opportunities in the network. It is now also equipped with four ETHERNET interfaces that can connect other subnets, such as the control level or for connecting directly to visualization devices. The device complies with PROFINET Conformance Class B and supports the PROFINET MRP protocol in the client role. The new devices can operate a number of field devices using the EtherCAT Master that were previously unavailable to the PFC200. Any EtherCAT slave can now be integrated into the PFC200-based control system. With the ability to comprehensively configure the fieldbus, the PFC200 brings about tremendous innovation. In a configuration, the programmer can specify which bus system should be supported on exactly the same hardware. 12 Small yet Powerful The WAGO Modbus TCP/UDP Fieldbus Coupler brims with several new features. Fieldbus Coupler Modbus TCP/UDP: Coupler supports the Modbus TCP and UDP protocols. Modbus on multicast responses: Coupler supports five multicast addresses for Modbus UDP. This makes it possible to address n slaves with a Modbus query. Multicast requests can be switched off: Modbus responses do not flood the network. Compatible with the 750 Series: A vast selection of I/O modules is available. Boasting an advanced design and intuitive operation, WAGO has redesigned its Modbus TCP Fieldbus Coupler with new features. It connects the comprehensive WAGO-I/O-SYSTEM with the common Modbus fieldbus protocol. It supports both the Modbus UDP and Modbus TCP protocols. 13 Energy Management Worldwide WAGO 3-Phase Power Measurement Modules for New Networks and Voltages Worldwide, the consumption data of machines and systems is being subjected to particularly intense scrutiny. Thus energy management systems are on the rise. And WAGO is ready to help the market cope by significantly expanding the application scope of its 3-Phase Power Measurement Module (750-49x). Since in the U.S. and Japan, some suppliers use other networks, e.g., three conductors or other voltages such as 120 V, the new modules can meet these specifications. With their expanded functions, they can be used in TN and IT networks. 14 Secure Signal Acquisition and Maximum Precision WAGO 4-Channel Analog Input Module with Multipoint Inputs The new 4-channel analog input module ( ) expands the WAGO-I/O-SYSTEM with four electrically isolated analog inputs. Galvanic isolation of the input channels increases immunity to interference and enables safe signal detection in distributed systems with potential differences (e.g., in marine and offshore applications). At the same time, the 16-bit resolution offers high precision for control and regulation tasks. The channels measurement ranges can be parameterized channel-by-channel and extend into the millivolt range: 0 20 ma, 4 20 ma ma (per NAMUR NE43) 0 10 V, ±10 V and ±200 mv Electrically Isolated Channels Thus, users only need one module to record almost any analog encoder, while saving storage and operational costs. 16 High-Performance Networks WAGO Industrial Ethernet Switches meet energy standard specifications. Industrial Ethernet switches require a variety of features tailored to a particular field of application. Understanding this, WAGO has added two switches to its range of products. With their specifications, these new switches have been adapted to the automation of substations and meet the energy standard IEC Both switches are equipped with a USB port to make firmware updates and configurations via USB stick possible. 17 Transmit Data Wirelessly WAGO Wireless ETHERNET Gateway Wireless data transmission is now commonplace in machinery and equipment applications. WAGO s Wireless ETHERNET Gateway ( ), which meets the IP65 degree of protection and has an internal directional antenna, is ideal for harsh industrial environments. In addition to the standard current WLAN standards, it also allows communication via Bluetooth 4.0. Integrated access point functionality makes it possible to set up a WLAN or Bluetooth network. 19 EXT Measuring Electrical Data in 3-Phase Supply Networks WAGO 3-Phase Power Transducers with Modbus RTU Interface For successful energy management, consumption values of machines and systems must be known. With the 3-phase power transducers in a DIN-rail-mount enclosure, WAGO offers the ideal solution remotely from the control level to measure currents and voltages in a three-phase supply network. The current is measured via WAGO's current transformers or Rogowski coils that can be connected directly. Measured variables such as active/apparent/reactive power, energy consumption, power factor, phase angle and frequency can be accessed via Modbus interface. Two integrated RJ-45 sockets streamline the interconnection of up to 32 devices. 20 Measurement Directly at the Power Supply WAGO Current Transformer with Voltage Tap for WAGO 2-Conductor Through Terminal Blocks WAGO s family of current transformers continues to grow. In addition to 50 mm² (1/0 AWG) and 95 mm² (4/0 AWG) versions, the right current and voltage tap for the 185 mm 2 (350 kcmil) through terminal block ( / ) is also available for WAGO s 285 Series High-Current Through Terminal Block. Item No. 2042xxxx The new 2042 Series Pluggable Modules can be directly plugged into the WAGO Rail-Mount Terminal Blocks TOPJOB S and are available as relays, solid state relays and switching modules. The modules can be easily bridged via the rail-mount terminal block system for error-free installation and easy retrofitting. Readily withstanding temperature fluctuations, vibration and shock, the modules meet the mechanical requirements of EN 61373, EN and EN 61010, making them ideal for rail operations and demanding industrial applications. This allows quick, convenient wiring by hand. The pluggable PCB connectors are designed for conductor sizes up 10 mm²/8 AWG (MCS MAXI 6) and 25 mm²/4 AWG (MCS MAXI 16), respectively, and are available in both wire-towire and wire-to-board versions.
