3 1.0 FEATURES Compatible with Pokeys motion for USB. DB25 connectors to emulate LTP1 and LTP2 ports. DB25 Connector for an external pendant. Has a Probe input. Has a relay of purpose general. Has a relay that reflects the status of the E-STOP button. Jack female connector from power supply. RJ45 interface for easy connection Homing and Expansion Board. Works directly with Mach3. 8 6.0 INSTRUCTIONS FOR CONFIGURING AN PENDANT 6.1 Software Installation. Before connecting the box to power install the basic software and configuration files: 1. Download and install Mach3: 2. Install the Mach3 License. 3. Download and install the USB Driver and Pokeys Plugin: 4. Download and copy XML and configuration files: Make sure to copy each file in the specific directory. 6.2 Enable the Plugin. Start Mach3, Go to Config Plugins, Select and enable the Pokeys plugin, then restart Mach3 to enable the plugin. User s Manual Page 7

9 6.3 Load the PoKeys Configuration. Go to Config Plugins and hit on CONFIG. Add the PoKeys, then hit Configure. Go to Import / Export and select the configurations you want to import, hit import and select the xml file with the configurations, then hit OK. User s Manual Page 8
