3 Company Overview Design Simulation Technologies develops, markets, and supports simulation software products used by students, educators, and professionals around the World DST was founded in 2005 by original lead developer of Dynamic Designer and is staffed with former employees of Mechanical Dynamics, Inc. and MSC.Software Dynamic Designer was originally developed under Mechanical Dynamics, Inc., using the ADAMS engine (still the current engine) Solution partner with Solid Edge since 2000 Page 3

6 Prerequisite to FEA Stresses resulting from dynamic motion loads are difficult to calculate. DDM accounts for gravity, mass, inertia, friction, etc. Peak loads do not always equal peak stress Must look at stresses throughout the entire range of motion Page 6
