Application: Testing electrical parameters of each driver board, analysis, calculating and determining of the data, and showing the test result on screen. 2. Three test types: short-circuit test, open-circuit test and electrical parameter test. 3. The parameters include: Input test: Current, Voltage, Power Factor, Power; Output test: Direct Current, Voltage, Power and Ripple Coefficient; Transfer efficiency of power panel. 4. The unqualified driver boards won t be broken when testing, saving cost and keeping safety of operator operator. Capacity: 1200pcs/h (with one electrical parameter tester). 2400pcs/h (with two electrical parameter tester). B. 4 C. Glue Filling Machine XIAMEN WENTIAN DIGITAL MACHINERY CO., LTD. 1. Application: Filling heat conduction glue into the gap between heat sink and driver board of LED bulb, PAR lamp and so on. 2. With functions of drawing points, lines, surfaces, arc, circle, consecutive complement of irregular curves and also with the function of triaxial linkage, the machine can be used for filling glue into any irregular objects. 3. The size of glue, speed of glue spread, dispensing time, time of halting dispensing can be arranged by parameter. With this method, glue is exuding quite stable with no glue leaking and dripping. 4. 5 1. Application: Drying and curing the heat conduction glue of LED bulb, PAR lamp and so on. 2. With the fuzzy temperature controller and silicon controlled device, the temperature is controlled accurately, the deviation is within ±1. 3. Controlled by the three-phase asynchronous motor and photoelectric detector, the conveyor moves both continuous type and intermittent type. With the high positional accuracy, the machine is capable to connect with automatic production line. 4. With a buffer conveyor, the baking machine can be connected with glue filling machine, there is no operator needed. 5. Capacity: 1200pcs/hour, baking time: 20min. E. 6 1. Moves intermittent, it is convenient to loading and unloading bulbs by mechanical hands. 2. The machine is divided into five parts, each part is equipped with a 15KVA automatic voltage regulator. Bulbs will be aged in the following processes: ageing by low voltage, ageing by common voltage, spark by common voltage, ageing by high voltage, spark by high voltage. 3. The bulbs which cannot work by low voltage will be detected and sorted out via. the photoelectric sensor. 4. Inside the machine, the temperature sensors and air exhaust fans keep temperature constant. 5. Dimension: 9000(L) 1800(W) 1200(H)mm, Capacity: 1350pcs/hour (Ageing Time:1 hour). b. 7 1. Detecting the load current of each bulbs separately. The value of current/voltage/power/power factor/ frequency of each lamp will be displayed on computer, compared and estimated with the presetting value, then figure out the position of unqualified bulbs, generating statements automatically. 2. Each lamp will be tested once every 20 Mins. 3. Detecting the internal temperature of cabinet by the temperature sensor PT100. Maintains the temperature at a level not more than 2.5 deviate from the setting one(30~60 ) through change the quantity of working fan. 4. The capacity of power is 40KVA which supplied by two automatic voltage regulators. The voltage can be set in the range 85V ~ 265V according to your requirement. 5. With 12 heads, carry out the processes as below: Loading - electrical parameter testing - chip light testing - luminous flux testing - color temperature testing - high pressure resistant testing; Sorting out the unqualified bulbs - gluing and capping - printing logo - unloading. 2. Testing the input current, voltage, power factor and power of each lamp by electrical parameter. 3. Testing the working status of each chip on PCBA when the bulb is lighten by industrial CCD, the faulted chips can be recognized. 4.
