1 VELOCI-T IMPORTANT GUIDELINES 1) In order to keep your Veloci-T running well, you must print at least 15 shirts per week*. 2) We highly recommend that you print at least 36 shirts within 7 days of setting up your printer. Printing just a handful of shirts is not enough to learn how to use the printer. You must print a few dozen shirts before you start getting the hang of it. 3) A high-speed internet connection is required for software support. To help you with software, we prefer to remotely connect to your computer using a secure program. This speeds up software support a great deal, but it requires a good internet connection. 4) An HD webcam and Skype are required for hardware support. (Skype is video chat software available for free). Letting our techs see the printer through a video chat improves our ability to help you with any questions you have on the hardware. 5) Equipment Zone is here to answer any questions you may have. You can pin it to your Taskbar on the bottom of the screen by dragging it there, or you can leave it on the main screen. You are also still able to run the software using the VPM Apparel mini shortcut found in the Start Menu. If you have yet to set up your Veloci-T printer, refer to this guide. We will need to plug the printer into the computer for the following steps. Plug the USB cable from the printer into a USB port. Make sure to leave the dongle in as well. Turn the printer on by flipping the switch in the back of the machine next to the power cord.
