8 Business Capacity Management The two Directors are actively involved in the day to day running of the business, and with 48 years combined experience in the industry have a 'hands on' approach. Their open door policy enhances customer satisfaction. Employees Our strength lies in the highly skilled and experienced employees. The owners are well known and respected in the industry. The owners actually do the work of building engines and transmissions. The directors are being assisted by a highly experienced team, consisting of: - Workshop Manager - Four Technicians - Six Apprentices - Two Dismantlers - Two Forklift operators - Six cleaners - Two Tea ladies A parts division consist of: - Parts Manager - Two Parts estimators - Storeman - Two Delivery Drivers The back office and accounts functions are taken care of by one costing facilitator, a debtors and creditors clerk, an accountant and a office administrator/receptionist, who are willing and keen to assist our valuable customers in this sphere of the business. Additional staff is contracted on an AD HOC basis, as and when required. The business has been operation for 5 years and has shown exponential growth in the earthmoving equipment and component re-manufacturing field.
