2 Background Altus Technologies Corporation began in January, In the same year, Altus was able to assist several firms in the Cleveland, Ohio, area to streamline IT processes and augment technical staff. During this time, Altus became an authorized IBM and EMC business partner and became a nationally-focused company. In addition to IBM, EMC Altus partnered with several security, networking, and software tools companies. Over time, Altus assisted large Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 companies in data center moves and technical project management. Altus also began providing customers with systems architecture, integration and strategy solutions, as well as data center service offerings.
