However, the Central Advisory Team, defined as L1,L2 & L3 in S.No 1 of 4.2 of the RFP, shall be utilised till the exhaustion of the indicative man-months, irrespective of the timelines of the Projects subject to a maximum of 30 months. The core project controlling team, mentioned in S.No 2 of 4.2 shall be utilised till the 'exhaustion of the indicative man-months' or till 'the implementation period and initial 4 months of O&M', whichever is lower. 3 Reporting Progress: The PMA will deploy a Project Monitoring tool that will allow the APSFL to view and monitor the progress of various activities, tasks, resource deployment etc. at various locations and at various times against planned timelines and targets. The PMA will ensure that this tool is updated periodically to allow the APSFL to view the latest developments on the various activities. This tool and the related reporting will be in place within 2 months from the date of signing of Contract with the PMA; and will be available to the APSFL till the end of Contract & 99 PRICE BID FORMS - Form 1: Format for Price Bid See annexure 3 Advisory Team, defined as L1,L2 & L3 in S.No 1 of 4.2 of the RFP 2. 4 ANNEXURE Manpower Deployment by PMA The minimum resource requirement for this tender is as follows, however this is minimum requirement and hence bidder are free to provide additional resources if deemed necessary. APSFL proposes to engage the resources at L1/L2/L3 levels on need basis in line with the total man-months proposed above. Indicative list of profiles along with qualification criteria and job description is provided in section 5 of RFP 3. In case of engaging resources, as desired by APSFL, the respective resource(s) shall be deployed within 15 Working Days. 4. In case of change in resource(s) as desired by APSFL, then alternate profiles to be submitted by the bidder within 7 Working Days. 5. The deployment timelines for each of the domain expert mentioned as Central Advisory Team shall be notified at the time of agreement, in consultation with L1 4

5 resource (Project Director - Technical). However, the Core Project Controlling Team, as mentioned above, shall be deployed immediately. 5

6 ANNEXURE 2 9. PAYMENT TERMS 10. APSFL reserves right to modify, reduce or increase man-month requirements to an extent of 10 percent of the tendered man-months. Payments shall be made in the following manner A. The Payment for the Central Advisory Team, Quoted as Subtotal Cost 1, by the bidder as per the 11.1 of the RFP, shall be made on monthly basis considering the number of full time resources deployed during the reporting period, subject to satisfactory approval for the tasks performed. The payments will be made to the PMA after completion of every month on submission of invoice (in duplicate) by the consultant. Monthly invoice shall be submitted without fail. Submission of invoices (combined invoices) for more than one month is not permitted. Monthly invoice/bill shall be accompanied by the following: a. Hard copy of monthly report b. Monthly attendance report indicating daily attendance resources deployed c. Each man-month billed should have at least 22 working days B. B. The Payment for the Core Project Controlling Team, Quoted as Subtotal Cost 1, by the bidder as per the 11.1 of the RFP, shall be made on milestone basis, upon the completion of review and certification of all the components and works performed by Systems Integrator in line with SI scope of work. Only Taxes as applicable shall be paid by APSFL If there is a discrepancy between words and figures, the amount in words shall prevail. Rates quoted shall be valid for the contract period.
