3 Professional Staff Lanier has an experienced staff of environmental professionals with over 14 years of serving as base environmental staff with the Air Force and over 37 years in the planning and environmental fields. Has served as the environmental, planning and Geobase staff at Maxwell AFB and Keesler AFB and been recognized as outstanding performers in numerous AF ESOHCAMPS Our staff has all regulatory and AF training to provide quality asset management services including planning, environmental compliance, conservation and pollution prevention services and NEPA documentation.

7 Environmental Permitting The Lanier staff has developed and maintained the following permits and monitored for compliance Title V Air Permit True Minor Air Permit MS4 Stormwater Permit NPDES, Industrial Stormwater Permits Section 404 Permits Underground storage tank permits and closure assessments

8 Environmental Auditing Lanier has developed checklists and environmental shop manuals that are used in conjunction with shop operations to provide early detection of ongoing problems and solutions. By providing close working relations with operations, environmental compliance becomes normal operations

9 Environmental Advisory Service Lanier provides up to date regulatory guidance and briefings to Wing leadership and shops Lanier has served as the Executive Secretary to the Energy, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Council Lead the Cross Functional Team and served as the EMS Coordinator Lead and conducted the Hazardous Materials Management Team

10 Environmental Training and Outreach Lanier provides in house environmental training to applicable base personnel and tenants: Unit Environmental Coordinator EMS Awareness EMS Senior Leadership Training Asbestos and LBP Awareness RCRA Initial Accumulation Site Natural and Cultural Resource Protection Hazardous Materials/EESOH-MIS Lanier develops and sponsors environmental outreach activities for events such as: Arbor Day Earth Day Recycling Day

11 Emergency Response Lanier maintains a well trained and experience staff to address hazardous materials releases. All personnel are OSHA Hazwoper trained, FEMA trained and exercised Our staff has both AF exercise and real world experience in dealing with releases that range from 10 gallons of gasoline to 3000 gallons of diesel. The staff has developed and implemented mitigation plans and actions that have minimized impacts and long term cost.

12 Planning and Geobase Community Planning Lanier has provided services to update base general plans and worked with local governments to protect accident and clear zones. Our staff has worked closely with AETC to update processes which reduce both the time for and number of airfield waivers Geobase LEC has managed the installations Geobase (GIS) program, ensuring the information in the Common Installation Picture is accurate and maintained according to Air Force regulations. We have provided training and worked with units on base to utilize and update current conditions and uses.

13 Asset Management Services Lanier has developed and maintained the Base Comprehensive Activity Management Plan (BCAMP) and Functional Activity Management Plans (AMPS) with MAJCOM, through use of prescribed data templates. We review and validate, or identify assumptions and data gaps identified in AMP review., working through Civil Engineering processes to correct data gaps at the root of the data source document or data set. Lanier ensures coordination of BCAMP and AMPs with Facility Utilization Board and Integrated Priority List Process, briefing Leadership on BCAMP priorities, issues and action plan.
