4 CJR Founded in 1970, CJR is today a leader in the construction industry. The services provided by the group include engineering and construction (roads, urban rehabilitation, environmental works, and many others), production and control units and technical equipment rental. The company is based in Portugal where it maintains its headquarters and also has offices in Angola. 5 Rosas Constructores Rosas Construtores is a Portugal-based company which focuses on construction and public works, namely road infrastructures. The group, which consists of five companies, owns an Asphalt Plant as well as two permanent production centres. 10 Carvalho Hosken Founded in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Carvalho Hosken started its activities performing public works throughout Brazil. The company then moved into Real Estate, helping set the Rio de Janeiro skyline. 12 J.Soares Correia J. Soares Correia has its headquarters in Maia, Portugal but the organisation has countrywide presence as well as in Angola. 13 Empa EMPA is headquartered in Belo Horizonte, Brazil and has over 60 years experience. The company specialises in road works covering implementation, duplication and restoration throughout the whole Brazilian territory.
