5 Staff identified three categories for which LOS Goals were developed Draft LOS Goal Category Reliability and Resiliency Water Quality Sustainability and Stewardship TVWD Vision, Mission, Values addressed Reliability Integrity Customer Service Quality Water The Best Water Integrity Stewardship 9 For each LOS Goal category, three event scenarios helped focus the mission Event Scenarios Normal operations Characteristics Day to day operations with all facilities and supplies functional. Minor events with minimal service disruption and duration of less than 8 hours. Significant event Multiple concurrent events Duration of longer than 8 hours Larger portion of service area affected Catastrophic event Cascadia Subduction Zone Earthquake 10 5

10 Next Steps Address comments and questions received at this meeting. Identify which Water Master Plan CIPs must occur in the next 10 years, and which can be delayed. Compile and prioritize all the District s capital projects. Evaluate and refine the timing of the CIP projects in concert with the District s overall financial planning. Perform fine tuning of the CIP and provide an updated presentation to the Board in March
