4 Management Team Gerald McCann President Gerald McCann is the President of Cynergy Mechanical Limited. Mr. McCann has been involved in the HVAC field and related industries for over 25 years. He has grown Cynergy from a small Toronto based service business to a multifaceted integrated service organization covering the GTA and Southwestern Ontario. He prides himself on maintaining a personal commitment to understanding and delivering value to all of Cynergy s clientele and takes a very hands on approach to the day to day operation of the business. Jeff Williamson Construction Project Manager Jeff has over 21 years in the trades and has worked on a variety of large scale projects for the likes of The City of Toronto, TTC, IBM, Apotex, and TD. He has been an on-site Project Manager for 9 years and holds his Certificate of Qualification (C of Q) as both a Plumber and Pipe Fitter. Matt Monardo Manager, Maintenance & Service Matt is an energetic, customer focused individual and key member of Cynergy Mechanical Service department. As an experienced Dispatch Manager, Matt continually has his hand on the pulse of the day to day operations and ensures all timelines, service call scheduling and job assignments are executed and completed to exceed customer expectations.

5 Our core services: Plumbing, HVAC, Construction & Preventative Maintenance Daniel Broszczakowski Lead Hand Preventative Maintenance Dan has over 13 years in the trades and holds his Gas Fitter 1 license and is a 313A Refrigeration Technician. Dan also has his Gastite, O.D.P. and Brazer/Brazing Operator tickets. Dan has specialized in HVAC/R and is our Lead Hand for our Service & Maintenance Division at Cynergy Mechanical. Dan has been certified in boiler training through hydronics seminars and is up to date with all safety certifications including First Aid. Dan has coordinated large jobs for installations and is also qualified in electrical diagnosis in all types of HVAC/R equipment. As our customer service leader Dan consults and trains his staff on customer relations, delivery of reports to customers, and is our lead for triage in accounts. Neil Coultis Lead Hand HVAC Neil has over 30 years of experience in HVAC systems. He has watched the industry evolve and he has evolved right along with it learning new systems and technology. He holds his Gas Technician 1 license and his 313A along with numerous cards like Gas Tight and Confined Space. Neil s expertise and thirst for knowledge means he is our key point person for the latest computer driven equipment for chillers, cooling towers, RTU s and more. He is often seen reading manuals or flying off to the U.S. for training. As our Lead Hand in HVAC, Neil mentors our up and coming mechanics who get decades worth of knowledge, in the context of where the industry has been, and also where it s going. With Neil our customers get a trusted knowledge source and leader on their job sites. Brendan Lucas Lead Hand Plumbing Brendan holds his Certificate of Qualification and is a Red Seal Plumber, Certified Backflow Technician, and holds several other cards such as Confined Space, Hoisting and Rigging, and Working at Heights to name a few. He has over 10 years of experience in plumbing and leads all our plumbing projects from large building riser and horizontal repair/replacement to being our resident expert on backflow and piping. His exceptional project management skills, ability to estimate a plumbing job, and then lead the execution means a worry free solution for our customers. Given the urgency to most plumbing repairs Brendan is a solid problem solver with fastidious execution abilities. He is a critical member of Cynergy s team. Dino Xilias Construction Lead Hand Dino has over 18 years experience in construction and has worked on a wide variety of projects in hydronics and refrigeration. He holds his Gas Fitter 2, ODP, and several safety certifications like First Aid. During his tenure at Cynergy Dino has been involved in several complex construction retrofit projects and proven himself to be a leader, regularly sharing his knowledge through effective demonstration on site.
