18 Internet - FTTS In 2001, all the primary, middle and high school had access to Internet - 256Kbps free of charge, more than 1Mbps at lowest price In 2009, all 11,414 schools were connected to Broadband with FTTS - Min 10 Mbps, Max 100Mbps Guaranteed which enables HDTV quality of e-learning - Investment : 45billion Won (40Million U$). 1/3 from Ministry of Education, 2/3 from KCC 18
