2 CLIENTS RETURN AGAIN AND AGAIN The Conference Center has played host to hundreds of successful meetings big and small. The Conference Center can serve as a site for many types of meetings, trade shows, programs, retreats and training sessions. Accommodating Conference Rooms The Conference Center offers flexibility and convenience with its conference rooms. The entire Conference Center, including the spacious lobby area as well as the combined Copeland/Cook Rooms can be rented for larger meetings, tradeshows and conferences. However, The Conference Center can accommodate smaller meetings, programs, retreats and planning sessions in its flexible space. The Copeland Room can accommodate up to 60 participants and the Cook Room can accommodate up to 45 participants. 3 Customized Planning for Any Event Hosting a corporate planning retreat, a training seminar, an educational program or a special event, each client receives customized planning assistance for their entire event from the pre-planning stage Sample Room Arrangements Other floor plans available upon request to choosing room arrangements, selecting audiovisual equipment and selecting menu items. And, on the day of the event, Hospital Council staff is always present to ensure the event runs smoothly. The Conference Center staff works closely with each client to offer suggestions and make final arrangements for all catering. The Conference Center offers a catering kitchen, space in each meeting room for refreshments to be placed in the room and space in The Conference Center lobby for smooth and efficient food service for all participants. The Conference Center staff is always available to ensure all refreshments and meals are fresh and ready to serve on time.

4 OFFERINGS: State of the Art Audio-Visual Equipment The Conference Center is equipped with brand new, state-of the art audio visual equipment allowing for everything from video conferencing to the use of smart boards for meetings and programs within each room. 5 The Conference Center at Hospital Council of Western Pennsylvania With state of the art audio-visual equipment, its convenient location, flexible meeting space and its friendly, experienced staff, Hospital Council s Conference Center is the ideal place to host trade shows, meetings, conferences, educational programs, training programs, staff and board meetings and retreats and other events. Conveniently located off the Pennsylvania Turnpike, I-79, I-279 and Rte. 228 and approximately 20 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh, Hospital Council s Conference Center offers clients easy access from many major highways and ample free parking. Flexible Meeting Space The Conference Center features seating capacity for up to 120 individuals and conference rooms can be divided into smaller spaces for smaller meetings or breakout sessions. The rooms can be divided into one room for up to 60 participants and another for up to 45 participants. In addition, the Center offers a spacious lobby area which can be used for tradeshows and displays as well as an open registration area right inside the doors of The Conference Center. The Conference Center boasts a separate entrance from the rest of the building and is located on one floor ensuring easy access for planners and participants. It s our Easy Button.
