10 Potential for A Common Tactical Environment: Plant Health Presentation: Problem Definition: Multiple users (diagnosticians, field teams, analysts and decision makers) need to interact in order to analyze, interpret, and make decisions for various scenarios in a National multi-scale system for plant biosecurity risk assessment. Proposed Approach: Use visualization tools that are platform and device independent for the multi-scale system to provide a collaborative multi-dimensional tactical environment where participants can interact and make decisions in real-time. This system can also be used for training.
