8 NYS Integrated Justice Information Exchange Project NYS Incident Schema incorporates data from: GJXDM IBR System NYS Statewide Criminal Justice Data Dictionary NYS Electronic Fingerprint Transmission Standards Manual NYS Standardized Domestic Incident Report NYS Standardized Incident and Arrest Report, and New York City Police Department OMNI Form 8

9 NYS Integrated Justice Information Exchange Project Problem: multiple agencies all requiring the same data NYS Incident XML exchanges will feed other systems: IBR Crime Mapping Domestic Incident Reporting Law Enforcement will no longer need to provide separate data feeds to three systems It is envisioned that this data would also be used to populate an investigative repository that would be accessible to NYS fusion centers and law enforcement agencies 9

15 NYS Integrated Justice Portal: ejusticeny To improve the administration of justice by ensuring that data needed to support criminal justice is available when and where it is needed through a single portal Builds upon the DCJS legacy portal known as ejusticeny Includes applications for five criminal justice agencies: NYS Division of State Police NYS Division of Criminal Justice Services NYS Division of Parole NYS Department of Correctional Services NYS Office of Homeland Security 15

16 A web-based criminal justice portal developed by DCJS. It is accessed over a secure extranet. Was the first attempt at providing one stop shopping. 16
