1 Data sheet Server Rack ( heavy duty rack cabinet ) General description This is a unique server enclosure which is designed for housing heavy server & Networking systems, Server Rack cabinets are compatible with 19" rack mount equipment from all global manufactures including; DELL, Compaq, HP & IBM and, size range is between 26U to 47 U and the weight capacity up to 1500kg., provide secure storage for important rack mount equipment in high densities and data center environments, The structure of the Server Rack is suitable for usage of in-row data center cold/hot aisle. Server Rack enclosure also designed to simplify equipment installation and maintenance including top and bottom brushed panel cable paths, all models are equipped with locking doors to prevent unauthorized access, Enclosure is coming with 4 locking and removable side panels 2pcs left / 2pcs right,4point high secure locking mechanism on the both of perforated front door and split rear doors, it is also allows ventilation and easy access in tight areas, 63% & 80% perforated doors are available as Flat or decorative Curved type, There are two main color in our standardized products Ral:7035 Light Gray and Ral:9005 Black. The vertical mounting rails are adjustable throughout the entire depth of the cabinet and have very high carrying capacity with 2mm thickness Silkscreen mounting rails are providing ability to count U- Marking from top to down & down to up for easy device installation Our product range has been manufacturing with respect to international quality standards ISO / TSE EN :2012 We are responding the needs of users with choice of 5 different height dimensions. 3 Data sheet Server Rack ( heavy duty rack cabinet ) 1. Dimensions must comply with IEC60297 standards. Cabinet must be height ( 12U,16U,20U,22U,26U,32U,36U,42U,45U,47U ) Width :600mm and 800mm. Depth : (1000mm / 1200mm ) 2. Main frame and profile structures must be manufactured and tested to provide axial (x, y, z) resistance that meets EN / and 5.2.2, and external impact resistance that meets EN / Dynamic load, vibration and mechanical impact (IEC , IEC ) test results must be certified by TSE. 3. Main profile structure must be a structure that would increase mechanical resistance with aesthetic appearance, folded with an angle of 90 degree and must consist of 4 bending. 2 front and rear frames must be with welded and framed monoblock structure. 4. Bottom plate and up case must have cable access that would block dust inlet. Bottom case must have 5pcs brush entry paths with dimensions 300x50mm on the bottom case deployed on the left/right & 2pcs cable entry paths with sliding cover in the middle of bottom case, 1pcs cable entry path with brush on the up case. 5. Rear door must be flat split type perforated ( two wings ) structure that allows High-flow performance for optimum front to rear airflow to keep equipment cool and support hot & cold aisle configurations in server room and data centers with it is 3 point locking mechanism. 6. Side panels must have a structure easy removable, it must provide ease of usage for users with it is lighweight and devided construction, it must provide, easy access to equipments for maintaining, replacing and managing cables, easy cable connection for side by side & must be compatible for in-row usage in Data center applications.each side panel must have 1pcs barrel lock and 2pcs sliding latch locking mechanism 7. Front door must be Curved structure that allows High-flow performance for optimum front to rear airflow to keep equipment cool and support hot & cold aisle configurations in server room and data centers with it is 4 point locking mechanism. 8. To provide high resistance to impacts, cabinets must be coated by RAL 9005 or RAL 7035 Electrostatic powder coat to meet ISO 8130 and ASTM D 523 / 2794 standards and test result reports must be certificated. On flat metal surfaces, there must be 85±5 micron paint thickness and must be tested according to IEC , IEC , IEC , IEC , IEC , IEC , IEC and their results must be certificated by TSE. 9. 6pcs Lateral extension parts must have a structure that would increase resistance and strength of cabinet between front and rear monoblock frames. 10.Roof panel must be compatible with 4 way and 6 way for D:1000 cooling unit installation. 11.Vertical mounting rails are adjustable throughout the entire depth of the cabinet and multi folded structurre high carrying high capacity with 2mm thickness Silk-screen mounting rails are providing ability to count U- Marking from top to down & down to up for easy device installation 12.Vertical cable management panel: must be suitable for only w:800mm rack cabinets in order to use for High-density cable management. 13.Cabinet locks: all locks used in cabinets must have the same coded-key and all covers of cabinets must have a lockable structure 14.Fan units must be with the standards ISO 9001, CE ( 89/336/EEC EMC, 73/23/EEC LVD 2006/95/EC ), RoHS, Noise 46db, Air Flow M3/Hr 138/162 CFM 82/ All metal components in cabinets must be connected to one another electrically and grounding resistance must be maximum 0,1 ohm according to IEC / standard. All proposed products must be tested to meet this standard and their results must be certificated by TSE.

4 Technical details Front and rear perforated door High-flow perforated front and rear doors provide optimum front to rear airflow to keep equipment cool and support hot & cold aisle configurations in server room and data centers, we are manufacturing different percent-open metal perforated doors as 63% and 80%allow for excellent airflow inside the rack, it is optimized to meet the needs of modern power and cooling requirements of High density applications. Divided side panels Easy removable divided side panels ; It provides ease of use for users with it's lightweight construction, in addition to this feature it is providing easy access to equipments for maintaining, replacing and managing cables, easy cable connection for side by side & in-row usage in Data center applications,2 barrel locks and sliding latch locks being deployed on the side panels offers a combination of safety and aesthetics view both together Server Rack top cover : Server Rack Top panel has been designed for ventilation module which can be detached by removing 4 pcs screws from the top in case of maintenance or replacement needs, this is the type of roof commonly used for Data center application room. Front and rear welded frames Welded main carrier frames are providing an enough robustness for a comfortable storage and each frames has total 16 fold for increasing stability Server rack cabinets providing a safe housing for your network, its also made a sturdy steel construction for a high load carrying capacity up to 1500kg Multi folded 19inch Mounting rails Equipment installation is quick and convenient with vertical mounting rails, adjustable throughout the entire depth of the cabinet and have very high carrying capacity with 2 mm thickness, Silk-screen mounting rails are providing ability to count U- Marking from top to down & down to up for easy device installation, Heavier equipment may also include horizontal rails or shelves that mount in the rack to provide extra support. If the equipment isn t made for rack installation, you can install a rack shelf to hold it as well Horizontal side bar Side horizontal bars are designed for fasten to the vertical rack rails with screws, self tapping screw allows to adjust the rails throughout entire depth of the cabinet without need M6 cage nuts, It is also one of the important material that increase the robustness of the Server Rack cabinet.
