22 SOME QUESTIONS CSI PROGRAM HANDBOOK, APPENDIX B Who will decide about the reference value for the cost factor of the PMRS (total installation costs)? What exactly is scope of supply which has to be covered by the cost factor of 1% for systems < 30 kw and systems > 30 kw (VT/CT, Meter, PMRS, installation, maintenance, guarantee, )? Where exactly is the point of metering and who has to provide access and documentation for installation of the meter?

23 ANOTHER QUESTIONS CSI PROGRAM HANDBOOK, APPENDIX B Would be a UL certified meter in accordance with IEC , Class 0.5S (Accuracy 0.5%) for Active Energy meet with the ANSI C12 requirement of the CSI Program Handbook? Meter and PMRS in accordance with the CSI Program Handbook can be delivered as a bundle by the PMRS provider? Who will take care of the monthly costs for required telecommunication services (i.e. Internet, PSTN, mobile communication) and who has to guarantee the availability of the telecommunication services?
