We operate from offices in London, Surrey, Manchester, Birmingham and Bristol, covering the UK and Europe, and from Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Beirut covering the U.A.E. and the Middle East Region. The company directors are dedicated to ensuring that clients are given consistent, value for money, high quality services. The practice is also a member of ACE and is able to offer substantial level of Professional Indemnity. CRHI s modern offices are fully equipped with a state of the art IT facility with project management and engineering software, including web based collaboration tools, enhancing its project controls procedures, and a high speed tunnel link to its UK server, having direct access to its data and technical library. CRHI s environmental team is involved in a number of sustainability and environmental assignments, both as lead consultant and assisting in the preparation of environmental statements as technical contributors that includes mixed use redevelopments of marine-related sites, commercial redevelopment of a former colliery and major regeneration schemes.

As such, CRHI offers its clients a web based Project Information Management System (PIMS) that provides online access to building information over the full lifecycle of the facility. Record drawings, Health & Safety files, Operations and Maintenance manuals, spare parts lists, asset registers and Building Log Books, all are collated, indexed and hyper-linked to provide the building Digital Facilities Guide with an easy to search database repository. The provision of ZuTec s service allows Clients to operate and manage today s complex buildings and engineering projects cost effectively without the need for vast quantities of paper.
