3 3 1. What are Index Files? The offer flexible configuration of all European Creditsafe Data in modular datasets. This allows you to only pay for the data you need, with updates scheduled and delivered as often as you require, from quarterly, monthly, weekly or even daily. Currently there are over 55 million core company details that can be downloaded through Creditsafe s Index File packages; the data is provided as a set of customised Index Files, allowing you to gain access to only the information that makes the difference for your business. Any file of the following countries, datasets and update frequencies can be provided: i. Index Countries Belgium (BE) Denmark (DK), no Sole Proprietors France (FR) Germany (DE), Registered Companies only Holland (NL), Ireland (IE), Registered Companies only Luxembourg (LU) Norway (NO), no Sole Proprietors Sweden (SE), no Sole Proprietors United Kingdom (UK), Registered Companies only ii. iii. 9 9 4. Importing Index Files Creditsafe have a designated SFTP folder directory, which is structured to allow you to access the datasets that are available in a structured format. Firstly, choose the country you wish to access the dataset from, secondly choose which of the datasets you require and lastly choose the frequency of which you need the information updated. Index Delivery Files are delivered to the Creditsafe SFTP server and can be downloaded though a front-end portal, or through standard SFTP, using the credentials your account manager will provide.
