See below: Whereas for the convenience of the County it is deemed advisable that cash orders drawn in the Province of Alberta Treasury Branch be signed by affixing the signatures by software or other electronic means; Therefore, be it resolved: 1. That the Treasury Branch be and is hereby authorized and directed to pay any and all cash orders or instruments purporting to be cash orders of the County presented for payment bearing facsimile signature(s) of the Reeve or Deputy Reeve and the Chief Administrative Officer or the Director of Corporate Services, who have been duly authorized to sign cash orders for and on behalf of the County: Reeve Deputy Reeve Chief Administrative Officer Director of Corporate Services 2. That such cash orders or instruments may be dealt with to all intents and purposes and shall bind the County as fully and effectually as if signed in the handwriting of and duly issued by such officer or officers for and on behalf of the County; That the County shall provide the said Treasury Branch with a certified copy of this resolution and certified specimens of such facsimile signatures and that such Resolution may be acted upon by each branch of the said Treasury Branch with which any dealings are had by the County until notice to the contrary or of any change therein has been given in writing to the Manager or Acting Manager of such Treasury Branch.
