7 CE Radio Test Report Report No. : EQ Test Configuration of Equipment under Test 2.1 Test Mode During testing, the interface cables and equipment positions were varied according to European Standard ETSI EN V1.6.1 ( ) and EN V1.4.1 ( ). Frequency range of radiation was investigated from 25 MHz to MHz. The following test modes were performed for Spurious Emissions: Mode Condition 1. GPS Rx Mode with WWAN Module 1 2. GPS Rx Mode with WWAN Module Connection Diagram of Test System 230 Vac / 50 Hz EUT (Adapter) Dipole Antenna EUT Earphone Mouse GPS Station The EUT with adapter, earphone, and mouse was placed on the turn table in a fully anechoic chamber, and it was coupled to the supporting unit, system simulator, which was located outside the chamber. 2.3 EUT Operation Test Setup The RF utility, Air Card was installed in EUT which was programmed in order to make the EUT receive continuous signals from GPS station. The EUT was placed on a turntable with 1.5m height. 2. The receiving antenna with horizontal and vertical polarization is 3m away from EUT and keeps the antenna height at 1.5m. 3. Setting EUT in continuous Rx. 4. The table was rotated to search the highest radiation. 5.
