20 3.3 Occupied Channel Bandwidth Limit of Occupied Channel Bandwidth The Occupied Channel Bandwidth for each hopping frequency shall fall completely within 2.4~ GHz. For non-adaptive Frequency Hopping equipment with e.i.r.p greater than 10 dbm, the Occupied Channel Bandwidth for every occupied hopping frequency shall be equal to or less than the value declared by the supplier.
