Introduction 1.1 Purpose of the SID Document The Purpose of SID is to make a connection between all the documentation that we are making as a part of 577 A and B for LEMA Pilot School Integrated Scheduling System. It is very useful as it helps us to track and coordinate the changes made in the various documents. The traceability matrix depicts the status of OCD, SSRD, SSAD and the Win-Win Conditions. Also, Document Tailoring section keeps a track of changes made till now. 1.2 Status of the package This is the Initial Operational Capability 2 Package. The exit criteria for all documents have been met. OCD: Updated to reflect any changes in the conceptual aspects of the project. LCP: Updated to reflect changes in planning: Added IAR details to the document. SSRD: Updated to reflect any requirements changes. SSAD: Updated to reflect changes made in OCD and SSRD. FED: Updated to reflect changes in the feasibility analysis. SID: Updated to reflect changes in all other artifacts including traceability with test cases. QMP: Updated to reflect changes in quality management. ATPC: Identified all critical scenarios for testing. TPR: Updated with initial test procedures and results. IM: Updated to reflect any changes during initial install during transition. UM: Updated to reflect any changes during development and testing. We added this section to provide a detailed catalog of the files we are delivering as part of the software package. - The rest of the documents in the project follow Incremental Commitment Spiral Model templates.
