Discover My Prospects Integrate your private database of listings into BuzzBoard and use the state-of-the-art Discover Prospects tool. Once the data is loaded, you can use the tool to search with specific parameters and generate leads for specific products. To be able to use this feature, your company admin needs to send us the private database. Please contact support@buzzboard.com. Go to Discover Prospects (DP) from the Listings menu on the tool bar to open a Search window.

2 In the left panel of the DP window, set your search options based on whether you are looking for listings with a mobile presence or without a mobile presence, with a social media presence or without a social media presence and so on. For Local Analysis and SEO Analysis, you can use further specific filters. Choose the Private database option. A list of prospects is generated, choose the ones you would like to include on your listings panel and tap on Add to List. 6 Listings discovered from private database will be tagged as DP in Red. 7 Listings discovered from public database will be tagged as DP in Green. 8 Listings from the private database and already customers of the partner will be tagged as C in blue Category based generation for Search Advertising Advertising Audits can now be category specific. Audit tab now has a new feature called Search Advertising. It displays the following elements in the report. Keywords - Obtain volume and CPC analysis for any keywords that you want to add and check. Earlier, BuzzBoard made auto suggestions for keywords, but going forward, you can add keywords of your choice for the analysis. Top Ads - Show the list of digital ads contributing maximum revenue to the business. Budget Estimator - Show the pricing and projected impressions as a range of clicks per month. Using the Custom feature you can calculate estimates for any monthly budget for a customer. Search Advertising Presence - Indicate if the listing is running Google Adwords or not. Target Audience Categories - Suggest the business categories the listing may target. Based on the category added (by tapping the + icon on the bar), the location, volume and CPC range for searches are displayed by City and DMA (Designated Market Area)separately.

3 . Display Ads This feature lets you find out if a business has any display ad campaigns. If it does, then you can get information and statistics on them. Tap on Paid Advertising of Audit tab. The Display Ads Campaign section shows if the business is running a campaign or not (through a tick or cross). Tap on the Display Ads Campaign drop down to view details of display ad campaigns run by the business. See the image of the ad, the platform it is running on, the number of clicks it has received, the total ad spend and the number of online publishers hosting this ad. Tap on the Ad image to view more information on the ad.. Notifications See important updates from BuzzBoard team and your manager(s) Tap on the notifications icon in the tool bar to view announcements and updates. By tapping on the thumbnail, you can view the document in a new window. Sort announcements by Recency. You can also sort announcements by Category. Enhancements I. Include or exclude listings based on statuses Go to Listing Status on the Settings menu. In the Listing Status window, select or deselect status(es). On your left Listings Panel of the dashboard, you will see listings from only those statuses that you selected.

4 II. Map listings by scheduled calls Tap on a listing bubble on the map. You will see a snap shot of the listing. Along with the contact info, you can also see the call schedule and view any notes/reminders added against the listing. III. New folder structure in Quick Tips The training manuals are now arranged in specific folders to help you find the relevant document easily. IV. Listings color-coded based on status Partners can set color codes to help sales reps quickly scan and identify status of listings. Click on the Accelerate tab from Customize on the admin dashboard. Click on Listing Statuses under Accelerate. Click on the Color Picker icon against each Status. Select the color of your choice. Click OK to set the color code for that status. a The listings will be reflected in the selected colors on the Listing Panel (a) as well as Account Panel (b) b V. Auto suggesting name and from device and listing contacts in section Tap on the icon on the Tool Bar of the dashboard. Start typing in the name of the recipient; BuzzBoard makes auto suggestions for names and IDs of recipients based on the contacts saved in your BuzzBoard tool. This feature helps you complete your task faster.

5 VI. Multiple addresses at the same time Mark multiple recipients when sending out s, Audit reports, Proposals and Collateral. Just enter multiple recipients by typing their IDs separated by commas. VII. Archive listing Archive listings you are not interested in, so they don t appear in the listings panel. Swipe the listing (from right to left) on the Listing Panel to display two options Assign and Archive. Tap on Archive to file away that listing for future reference. You can retrieve archived listings from Advanced Search by checking Archive option and then tapping Search. VIII. Localizing categories and languages Category based search for listings has gone local. The database of categories has been updated to include to latest ones available. The new categories list is country and language specific. XI. Insights Gallery Gallery is a new addition in the Insights tab. You can view high resolution images of the business picked up from the web. The Gallery displays a maximum of 8 images. X. Auto suggestions in Search Type your search text in the Search field on the Listings Panel to show auto suggestions. Listings will be displayed based on the keywords entered in the Add Listing and Add Competitor sections.

6 For managers/administrators only New Features. Manager Dashboard See status and updates on team performance via dynamic charts. Tap on the Manager Dashboard icon in the tool bar. In the Overview window, you can view on a pie chart the various sales activities of your team. Tap on a section of the pie to see individual details in a separate window. a Similarly, tap on Revenue to view the opportunity value waiting to be tapped and the revenue generated so far by your team. Tap on the Deal bubble to view details of each business listing. a Tap on the green bubble to view the revenue generated in Closed Deals. b Tap on the blue bubble to view the revenue opportunity in Open Deals. 6 b 7 6a 6 Tap on Compare to measure the performance of the team. 6a The table and the graph give a comparison of team performance during the current assessment period and the previous one. 7 The central bar denotes the percentage of deals closed against the open ones. 8 9 Tap on Products tab to get a product-wise graph of sales achieved by the team for a chosen period. 0 Tap on a section of the pie to get an itemized view of every element of the bundle. 8 Tap on Today s Appointments to view client appointments scheduled for the team for the day, the week or the month. 9 0

7 Tap on Market tab to view the sales achieved in specific markets. Tap on a location bar to see the business listings, the sales reps responsible for the sales and the revenue share against each listing. Tap on Category tab to view the contribution of different business categories to the total sales revenue generated by your team. Tap on a category bar to view details. 7 6 Tap on Activity tab to view the activity of sales reps as a timeline. 6 Tap on Compare icon to select the date range for which you want to track the activities. 7 Tap on a date on the timeline to view details on the activities. Enhancements I. Set report schedule as per your time zones In the Accelerate menu, go to Report schedules and click on the report that you would like to schedule for ing (Consolidated/Weekly Usage). In the drop down under Scheduled Time, there now different time zones to choose from EST, CST, MST and PST. Select your time zone, fill in rest of the fields and click Submit to schedule the report to be mailed.

8 II. Account type migration from any level to sales rep Manager and level - accounts can be changed to a sales rep account. On the Admin Dashboard, go to Users >Users. Edit the user credentials in the Edit User window. A message prompts you to reassign the user to a new manager. Click OK. Reassign a new manager to the sales reps by choosing the Organization Role, to complete the migration process. III. User migration from one partner to another This feature is useful for Partners belonging to the same group of companies and having more than one BuzzBoard account. Click on Users Migration from the Users drop down on the Admin Dashboard. Select the Partner you want to migrate the user to. Choose from the options With Listings and Without Listings to migrate along with or without the business listings assigned to that sales rep, and click Submit. IV. Bulk upload - New 'Assign To' column Click on Bulk Upload from the Listings drop down on the Admin Dashboard. Click on Download sample bulk upload format. In the excel sheet that opens, you can assign listings to sales reps directly by adding their names in the Assign To column along with the other fields. V. One partner-admin access for all properties Click on Companies from the Master Reseller s Admin Dashboard. You can access the Company Info, Subscription, Contact Info and Activate Online Payment of all Partners registered under you.

9 VI. Manage help text in admin You can use this if you want to edit help text. On Admin Dashboard, go to Customize->Accelerate->Audit parameters & Scoring. Click on the question mark (?) against a parameter to edit the help text and click Submit. You can also Browse and any attach relevant files along with the text. VII. Secondary payment details This feature enables payment through a secondary card if necessary. Click on Launch from the Customize drop down on the Partner Admin Dashboard. Click on Credit Card Info. In the window that opens add/update your Secondary Credit Card information in addition to the primary one. VIII. Subscription cancellation On the Partner Admin Dashboard, go to Customize->Launch->Subscription. Click on Cancel button to cancel your subscription to BuzzBoard.
