3 1 Preface 1.1 Purpose of this document NTT Communications ("NTTC") provide a license which is 'Backup License / Acronis ("Acronis")' as backup software. This Acronis is for customer has already used Enterprise Cloud ("ECL"). This document is written about how to apply for and cancel a license of Acronis. About how to use Acronis or inquire your question should refer to 'Enterprise_Cloud_Users_Guide(BackupLicense/Acronis)'.You should refer to the suitable documents when you want to know contents is not on this document. About Acronis, should refer to the manual of Acronis. About ECL, you should refer to the manual of ECL. 4 2 How to apply for Acronis license We explain about how to apply for Acronis license. This method is for customers of Enterprise cloud only. However, the method is difference between new client and existing client of ECL as of October. -For new client needs to see '2.2 Link for option portal has already been displayed ' -For existing client needs to see both '2.1 and '2.2 Application for opening link of option portal'. Link for option portal has already been displayed'. 2.1 Link for option portal has already been displayed You can apply for new license of Acronis from ECL option portal. We explain about procedure of after login to ECL as follows. 1 Select Other Services from ACTIONS tab. 4

5 2 Select 'Backup License (Acronis)'. 3 Main menu is displayed and select 'NEW/ADDTIONAL' button. Below date is expressing under maintenance. You cannot select button falling under maintenace. <NEW/ADDTIONAL> 5

6 <CANCEL> Date : 1 st (The first of the month) 0:00~9:00 (JST) 4 Notes is displayed and confirm it. If you can accept, check in checkbox of Accept. After that, select 'Next' button. 6

7 5 Fill in product information which you want and select 'Next' button. #1 #2 #3 #4 #5 #6 #1 Enter your address which you can receive. This address is used for notification of application or cancellation. Please pay attention to enter your address. If you enter different address, you can not receive our notification. #2 Select a Product which you will install it on your guestos. #3 Select a language which you want to use. #4 Select your DataCenter which you will use from list. List is displayed your contrac ted DataCenter only in ECL. #5 Enter quantity which you want. (Total quantity must be not more than 10 at single purchase.) #6 You can add or delete a line as you click a '+' button or a '-' button on the left side. 7

8 6 Select 'Submit' button after confirmation of selection. 8

9 7 Select 'Go to Main Menu. # We shall send you a notification which we inform that you have finished application to your address which you entered when you are Product Selection screen (procedure5). Then you can confirm some information about Acronis. If you cannot receive our notification or you want to change registered address, please inform us what you want to do using below address. 10 8 After you move to Main Menu, select 'Confirmation' button. 10

11 9 You can confirm your contracted information about Acronis license. License key is included in this page and you can use whenever you need until you cancel. (Omission) # You can use the day you applied. # When you cancel a license key, you can do it from 'CANCEL' button of Main Menu. You can refer to procedure of next topic 'How to cancel Acronis license' 11

12 3 How to cancel Acronis license We explain about how to cancel for Acronis license. This method is for customers of Enterprise cloud only. This procedure is to disable a license key for 'Agent for Window' or 'Agent for Linux'. You have to uninstall software of Acronis by yourself. 3.1 How to confirm a license key 1 Boot Management Console of Acronis in a server which you want to cancel for Acronis license. # This is for a server which installed 'Agent for Windows' or 'Agent for Linux'. # About procedure of Linux server is only GUI. 2 Select 'Manage this machine' after Management console is displayed. 12

13 3 Select 'About' from 'Help' tab. 4 Confirm your License key. # If you want to cancel not only single server for Acronis license, you have to do same procedure. 13

14 3.2 How to cancel You can cancel for Acronis license from our option portal site in ECL. We explain about a procedure of after login. 1 Select Other Services from ACTIONS tab. 2 Select 'Backup License (Acronis)'. 14

16 4 Select 'Next' button after you checked in the checkbox you want to cancel. (Omission) # This screen is displayed the information which status is 'Using' only. You cannot see canceled license in the past. # When you want to confirm your license key which you installed a server, refer to '3.1Manual cancellation(until November 2015)' 16

17 5 Select 'Submit' button after confirmation of selection. 17

18 6 Select 'Go to Main Menu. # We shall send you a notification which you have finished to your address. Then you can confirm some information about Acronis. 18

19 7 After you move to Main Menu, select 'Confirmation' button. 19

20 8 You can confirm your contracted information about Acronis license. License key is included in this page and you can check your canceled license of status. # You cannot use canceled license key from next month when you cancel. # You have to uninstall software of Acronis by yourself. 20
