30 Adding WatchDox Users If the person who reports patient engagement will be handling MPA reporting, you are all set If you want someone else to handle MPA reporting, let us know who to add to your account o Contact reporting@millenniumcc.org or your relationship manager o Provide address(es) of the user(s) you want to add

31 New WatchDox Users: Step 1: Receive You will receive an invitation from WatchDox notifications when you are set up to send secure file transfers to Millennium o If you don t see the in your Inbox, check your Spam or Junk folder 31

32 Open the from WatchDox and click on the folder link o This will take you to the WatchDox login page New WatchDox Users: Step 2: Go to WatchDox Click Create account 32

33 New WatchDox Users: Step 3: Create Account Fill in your name and Create a password and set up a secret question Agree to Terms of service Click Create account This will generate a verification 33

47 Automated Processing of Files (Future State) Millennium s system checks all files that are uploaded into the Performance Reporting subfolders When a good file is received, the file will be processed and the WatchDox user will receive a confirmation The system will reject files if they are not in the correct format, and the WatchDox user will receive an error message 47

48 Changes to Patient Engagement Reporting Adding MPA reporting and deliverables required us to rearrange WatchDox folders Follow the same process as before, but save your files in a new location o Subfolder called Patient Engagement Navigate to your Patient Engagement folder

49 Upload Files to the Correct Location in WatchDox Inside the Patient Engagement folder, the structure is the same as before Current templates Last year s files are archived here Save your file at the top level of this folder Correct! Files are saved at the top level of Patient Engagement 49
