The off season is over and THE SEASON is beginning. Getting here has been successful for our Lodge. Sales in the club are up over prior years but work is still needed in controlling costs. Your House Committee team has worked diligently, tirelessly and hard to get us into the position we are in. We all owe them a big THANK YOU for all their efforts. Please watch your closely for the many upcoming events which are being planned and put on for your enjoyment and the well-being of your Lodge. Please support these events along with your friends and neighbors. It s a great way to introduce new people to our organization and, hopefully, stir some interest in becoming an Elk. One date that I ask everyone to save is February 18, On this date we will be holding our first fund raising raffle, as part of THE EL SCHNEIDER Dinner Dance and Fund Raiser Gala. This event will feature not only the big raffles, but also a fantastic band, open bar, your choice for dinner of either an 8 oz. Maine lobster tail or an 8 oz. Filet Mignon (cooked to order). This will be the only event of the year from which ALL proceeds remain in your Lodge for the maintenance and beautification of our building and property. I can assure you of an evening you will not soon forget as a member the Vero Beach Elks. Please save the date and plan to join us on the 18th of February. Tables of eight can be reserved soon. Watch the for more details. In closing, on behalf of my wife Carole and I, we wish a HAPPY and HEALTHY THANKSGIVING to you and your loved ones.

If any of our members knows anyone on this list, please contact them and find out if they want to remain members of Vero Beach Lodge Please notify these members that as long as they remain on the list, they are unable to enjoy the benefits of membership. No delinquent member is allowed on the premises until they pay their dues. They may not attend any functions, nor can they be a guest of another member. They are considered an unaffiliated member. We have a wonderful Lodge with many activities and it would be a shame to lose so many members.
