2 2. Apply: Fill out and save to computer If home based business or massage business: these applications need to be filled out first before applying for the business license. Please fill out and save to your computer.

3 Click to apply Please enter type of business eg Accountant, Baker, etc.. Please indicate if the business is inside or outside Vacaville city limits

4 Fill out all fields (RED asterisk = mandatory) Required if Massage or Contractor

5 Upload Home Occupation Permit or Massage Application for PD Here you will enter owners, officers, emergency contacts and alarm company information for what applies to your business

6 Once all information is entered click Done with Contacts to move on to the next step Verify that all information is correct. If correct please digitally sign your application. Don t forget the forward slash at the begging and the end of your signature. When complete click submit the application.

7 Once you submit the application you should receive an stating that the city received it and it is in process. Once the application has been accepted then it will go into an approval process. Once the license is approved another will be sent letting you know the application has been approved and you may go online and pay. You will be given your account # and pin# in the to move forward with payment. 3. Payment Back at the home screen you will find the link to click on to make payments.

8 You will need your Account # and Pin # to enter here You will see your business information here along with the amount due. Enter an address if needed and select payment method. Follow payment instructions and hit submit. Your account # Once your payment has been submitted you will receive an letting you know we received and accepted the payment. You should receive your certificate within 7-10 days via .

9 4. Renewals To renew your license please click from the home page Renew a business online You will need your account # Pin# here, this will be provided either in your if you are set up for paperless or in the renewal message on your renewal form.

10 Verify that all the information on this screen is correct Verify address and make sure the box is checked for contact by . Make sure to answer the questions with a RED asterisk. If the business is a home based business please choose the gross receipts amount

11 If this is a home based business and gross receipts are less than $2500 for the year you will need to upload your Schedule C from your tax return. If you are submitting TOT payments please upload your TOT forms here. Verify owner, emergency contacts, and alarm company information here and make necessary changes. If owner information has changed you must close the license and the new owners will need to apply. Click on Done with contacts, go to next step to continue.

12 Enter the number of employees (including owner) in both boxes. These are the fees for the license and the excise tax. Both fees are required. Click continue. Total fees due will be here. Please digitally sign the, fill in preparer, and phone # and hit continue.

13 Verify all information before entering payment info. If all is correct choose payment method and follow instruction and click submit payment. Once we receive your payment you will receive an letting you know payment has been accepted and processed and your certificate will be sent via within 7-10 days.

14 5. Sign in or Crate an Account Once we have a valid address in our system for your license(s) you may create an account. By creating an account you will no longer need the pin# to renew. The pin# does change for every renewal year. To create the account fill out the information on the right side under New Customer. If you already created an account all future logins will be under Returning Customer section on the left.
