1 Privilege ID Category Description Access Events P140 Contact Master privilege to grant users access to the Events module in the system. Allows viewing of Event Campaigns in the Event Campaigns list, as well as the ability to do the following: * Interact with and associate contacts with event lists (from the left panel of the Contacts page). * View events in the Lists panel of the contact record. * Select Event lists when importing contacts through Import Resume or Import Spreadsheets. * Access the Event reports (Event Details, Event Performance, Event Promotion Metrics, and Event Registrant History) on the Reports tab of the Reporting & Analytics module. If you have this permission without "View all Jobs/Events" (P104), you can only view the events you created or events for which you are a team member. Add Contacts P001 Contact Allows user to add contacts to SmashFly Console. This permission controls the display of the + Add Contacts button on the Contacts page. To use the GrabIt! tool and the Inhaler, a user must have this permission (with an address specified for the Inhaler [S046] setting). Add new campaign manually (formerly Add PostingP078 Group Allows user to add a job or event campaign manually to the SmashFly Console. With this permission, a user can access the + Add Job Campaign button on the Job Campaigns page and the Manual Entry option that is available on the "How do you want to create your job?" page after a user who also has the Import job from ATS (P077) permission clicks + Add Job Campaign. (If a user only has one of those permissions (P077 or P078), the "How do you want to create your job?" page is bypassed and the user automatically moves to the next step in the job creation process for the action that matches the permission. A user with this permission can also create new events manually; users with this privilege can access the + Add Event button on the Event Campaigns page. If users who have access to events do not have this privilege, they can create events by cloning existing events with the Save As New feature. Add Public Lists P003 Contact Allows user to create public lists and to share lists with specific users. This permission is one of three that can control the display of the following components in the Filters panel of the Contacts page: a) The plus sign (+) icon next to the Find list field. b) Add to sub list option that can display when a user right clicks the list name. These components can also be controlled by Add Private Lists (P002) and Add Team Lists (P005). If a user has any one of these permissions, the plus sign (+) icon and Add to sub list option will display, but each controls a specific type of list. In addition the Add to sub list option may display when a user is the list owner or has the Edit All Lists permission. Add Source Codes P004 Contact No longer valid. 2 Add Team Lists P005 Contact Allows user to create team lists. This permission is one of three that can control the display of the following components in the Filters panel of the Contacts page: a) The plus sign (+) icon next to the Find list field. b) Add to sub list option that can display when a user right clicks the list name. These components can also be controlled by Add Public Lists (P003) and Add Team Lists (P005). If a user has any one of these permissions, the plus sign (+) icon and Add to sub list option will display, but each controls a specific type of list. In addition the Add to sub list option may display when a user is the list owner or has the Edit All Lists permission. Add Users P050 Group Allows user to add and administer other users. Users who have this permission can access the Add User and View User links from the User Organization section of the Configuration page. (The user must also have the Configuration System permission [P056].) Administrator P172 CMS Allows user to access the Career Site Builder as an administrator who can perform all actions on the Career Site. All Standard Dashboards P150 Report Allows users to access all standard Insight Analytics dashboards on the Reports tab when they also have the Manage Reports permission (P059). All Standard Reports P151 Report Allows users to access all standard reports on the Reports tab when they also have the Manage Reports permission (P059). Allow Job Description Editing P148 Group Allows users to edit the Description fields (including the description text, its formatting, and the header and footer fields) for a job. To access the Job Campaigns product area, a user must also have the Job System permission (P018). For users who do not have this permission, the fields for Header Footer, and job Description (including the formatting buttons) cannot be changed. In addition, users without this permission will not see the option for Manual Entry of a job, even if they have the Add new campaign manually permission (P78) because the description field is required for manual job creation. Analytics Interactive Viewer License P152 Reporting When coupled with the All Standard Dashboards permission (P151), allows user view the Analytics tab of the Reporting & Analytics module and to access and use the Analytics dashboards. Approver P173 CMS Allows user to access the Career Site Builder as a content manager who can add and modify Career Site pages and perform some administrative actions. Assign Posting Credits P079 Group Allows user to assign Campaign inventory limits. This permission controls the display of the Allocate Campaign Credits link in the Jobs section of the Configuration page. (The user must also have the Configuration System permission [P056].) Assign Users to Groups P051 Group Allows user to add other users to sourcing groups (from the Configuration area). This permission controls the display of the Add User to Group section of the Configuration > Sourcing Groups > View Users page (for a specific sourcing group). The user must also have the Sourcing Groups permission (P060) to access sourcing groups and the Configuration System permission (P056) to access the Configuration page. Note: Even without this permission, a user who has the Add Users permissin (P050) can add users to a Sourcing Group from the Add User page. BillingInfo_Client P052 Group Allows user to configure Billing information for all users. This permission is one of four BillingInfo permissions that controls the display of the Billing Information link under Configuration > Jobs. (The others are BillingInfo_Group [P053], BillingInfo_User [P054], and BillingInfo_Yourself [P055]). When a user has the BillingInfo_Client permission, the All Users option is available on the Billing Information page (under Configuration > Jobs > Billing Information). (The user must also have the Configuration System permission [P056].) BillingInfo_Group P053 Group Allows user to configure Billing information for groups of users. This permission is one of four BillingInfo permissions that controls the display of the Billing Information link under Configuration > Jobs. (The others are BillingInfo_Client [P052], BillingInfo_User [P054], and BillingInfo_Yourself [P055]). When a user has the BillingInfo_Group permission, the Group of Users option is available on the Billing Information page (under Configuration > Jobs > Billing Information). (The user must also have the Configuration System permission [P056].) Page 2 of 10

3 BillingInfo_User BillingInfo_YourSelf P054 P055 Group Group Allows user to configure Billing information for individual users. This permission is one of four BillingInfo permissions that controls the display of the Billing Information link under Configuration > Jobs. (The others are BillingInfo_Client [P052], BillingInfo_Group [P053], and BillingInfo_Yourself [P055]). When a user has the BillingInfo_User permission, the Individual User option is available on the Billing Information page (under Configuration > Jobs > Billing Information). [P056] This ) permission is one of four BillingInfo permissions that controls the display of the Billing Information link under Configuration > Jobs. (The others are BillingInfo_Client [P052], BillingInfo_Group [P053], and BillingInfo_User [P054]). If the user has this permission with the BillingInfo_User permission (P054), the "Yourself" option does not appear, but the user can configure billing information for him or herself,as well as for other individual users. (The user must also have the Configuration System permission [P056].) Can Edit Public Views P136 Contact Allows user who has a CRM license to edit public views (on the View window that displays when a user clicks Customize on the Contacts page). Users who do not have this permission can view the columns that display for each view and can create new views based on an existing view by changing the name, but they cannot modify the settings for any existing public views. (Private views can never be edited by anyone other than the user who created them.) Cancel Events P142 Contact Allows user to cancel events (from the Event record). Events can be cancelled when they have a status of Open or Full. Cancelled events cannot be reactivated. Career Marketing Sites Admin P063 Group Where SEO Sites are active, allows user to administer Career Marketing Sites and Facebook Channels. Users who have this permission and the Enable SEO Sites setting (S066) enabled can access the Career Marketing Sites and Facebook Channels links under Jobs on the Configuration page. (The user must also have the Configuration System permission [P056].) Configuration System P056 Group Allows a user access to the Configuration menu. Without this permission, the Configuration icon does not display in the Core Navigation bar. Configure Contact Databases P006 Contact Allows user to add, modify, and delete contact databases, including allowing the user to assign end users access to Contact Databases. This permission controls the display of the Databases link in the General section of the Configuration menu. (The user must also have the Configuration System permission [P056].) Configure Contact Expunge P170 Group Allows users who have this privilege with the Configuration System (P056 ) privilege to configure expunge criteria and access the immediate expunge URL on the Configuration > Contacts > Expunge Criteria page, as well as to run (but not modify or delete) Saved Searches on the Expunge grid. (Users who do not have this privilege cannot run saved searches on the Expunge grid. Configure Contact Management P007 Contact No longer valid. In Vintage, allowed user access to any contact database. Configure Posting Allocation for Client P088 Group Allows user to configure posting inventory allocation across all users and posting groups under the following configuration menus: Board Accounts/Inventory, Board Inventory Allocation, Configure Default Boards. The display of those links in the Jobs section of the Configuration page are controlled by this permission. (The user must also have the Configuration System permission [P056].) Consent Statement Admin P171 Group Allows users who have this privilege with the Configuration System (P056 ) privilege to configure consent forms and guardian forms in the Configuration > Contacts > Consent Statements page. When these statements are configured, a contact must select a customer configured statement (or choose one of two statements) and click an action button. If these actions are not performed, no data will be processed or stored for that contact. 4 Contact Details Status History P157 Dashboard Allows user to access and use the Contact Details Status History Dashboard when the user also has the Manage Reports Contact Export to Gateway P137 Contact Allows user to export contacts to an ATS. When this permission is granted, users can see the Web Export to [ATS] option in the Actions list on the Contacts page. (Greenhouse and Kenexa are currently implemented.) Without this permission, the Web Export option does not display in the Actions list. Contact Pivot P158 Dashboard Allows user to access and use the Contact Pivot Dashboard when the user also has the Manage Reports permission (P059) and an Interactive Viewer Analytics license. The Enable Dashboards setting (S052) must also be enabled. Contact Source History P158 Dashboard Allows user to access and use the Contact Source History Dashboard when the user also has the Manage Reports permission (P059) and an Interactive Viewer Analytics license. The Enable Dashboards setting (S052) must also be enabled. Contacts Options P008 Contact Allows user to configure Contact Options from the Contacts section of the Configuration page. (This option does not display if the user does not have this permission.) Create Campaigns Only from Templates P143 Group This privilege is a restrictive privilege. Users who are assigned this privilege are only able to create events by clicking the Save as New icon from an existing event template, regardless of any other privileges the user has. (Please note that the Create Event button will continue display even for users who have this privilege, but users who have this privilege will be unable to save events that they create by clicking Create Event.) Users who do not have this privilege can create events without basing them on a template (using Create Event and saving). Users must also have the Access Events (P140) and/or View all Jobs/Events (P104) privileges. Create Custom Status P010 Contact Allows user to add and modify statuses that display in lists available on the Contact record. This permission controls the display of the Statuses option in the Contact section of the Configuration page. (The user must also have the Configuration System permission [P056].) Create UDFs P011 Contact Allows user to create and configure Custom Fields and Contact Forms from the Contacts section of the Configuration page. These links do not display on the Configuration page if the user does not have this permission. (The user must also have the Configuration System permission [P056].) CRM Licensed User (Yes) P128 (not set in AdmIndicates that the user has a CRM license. This option is set when you add or edit a user through the Add User and View User options of the User Organization section of the Configuration page. Therefore, you must have the Add Users permission (P050) to set this option. (It CANNOT be set through Privilege Groups.) This setting controls access to the Contacts product area (the Contacts icon displays in the Core Navigation bar only for users who are configured as CRM Licensed Users). It also controls the Resume Load Failures option under Contacts on the Configuration page and the My Tasks option on the User menu within the Core Navigation bar. Users must have this permission and the Send Feedback Requests (P048) permission to be able to access the My Feedback Requests option under the User menu within the Core Navigation bar. Note: A user who has a CRM license has access to all of your databases by default. To restrict a user's access to just one database, you must go to Configuration > Databases, and then click Access for the database to which you want to provide access. Once the user has been assigned access to any specific database, they have access to only that database (unless you specifically configure access to others). CRM Pipeline P159 Dashboard Allows user to access and use the CRM Pipeline Dashboard when the user also has the Manage Reports permission (P059) and an Interactive Viewer Analytics license. The Enable Dashboards setting (S052) must also be enabled. Delete Contacts P012 Contact Allows user to delete contacts. Without this permission, the Delete option does not display in the Actions list of the Contacts grid. Delete Events P145 Contact Allows user to delete draft events. Events in any other stage cannot be deleted. (To delete templates, user must have the Manage Campaign Templates and Workflow Associations privilege [P144].) Edit All Lists P013 Contact Allows user to edit all public CRM lists (also called public folders), including deleting and renaming lists, changing owners, and so on. Edit Contacts P014 Contact Allows user to edit contacts. This privilege controls the display of the Edit Contacts button on the contact record. Page 4 of 10

5 Edit Restricted Fields P042 Contact Allows users to edit custom contact fields on a contact record that have been marked as Restricted. Without this permission, users can see Restricted fields as read only but cannot modify them. Edit Sponsor Eligibility P132 Contact Controls Referral Contact and allows user to change whether a given referral is eligible or ineligible. This permission is one of two (the other is Contact Export Report [P106]) that controls the display of the Referral Details report under Contact Reports on the Reports page when the user also has the Manage Reports (P59) permission. Event Campaign Pivot P160 Dashboard Allows user to access and use the Event Campaign Pivot Dashboard when the user also has the Manage Reports permission (P059) and an Interactive Viewer Analytics license. The Enable Dashboards setting (S052) must also be enabled. ExternalSourcingAdmin P071 Group Access Source Code Mapping menu under Configuration core navigation. Map sources to ATS codes and configure non job board sources for contacts and job campaigns. (The user must also have the Configuration System permission [P056].) Funnel Conversion Metrics By Source P161 Dashboard Allows user to access and use the Funnel Conversion Metrics By Source Dashboardwhen the user also has the Manage Reports permission (P059) and an Interactive Viewer Analytics license. The Enable Dashboards setting (S052) must also be enabled. Generate Feedback Slates P072 Contact Allows Job, CRM, or Event users to generate a feedback slate from within a job list, contact list, or event list. Users who have this permission can access the Generate Feedback Slates button when they are in a contact list. HireVue Integration P038 Contact Required to view and request HireVue interviews from contact records. This permission controls the display of the Services section in the Contact record. For users who have this permission, the Services section displays in the Contact record and includes the HireVue details and the ability to request a video interview. Import Contacts P017 Contact Allows user to create contacts via Import Resumes and Import Spreadsheets (options which are available from the dropdown menu on the + Add Contacts button of the Contacts grid). Import job campaigns from ATS (formerly Add PostP077 Group Allows user to import jobs from the ATS, including using SmashFly Quick Links. This permission controls the display of the Import Changes button within a job and the Import button that shows up after a user clicks + Add Job Campaign from the Job Campaigns page (if the user also has the Add new campaign manually permission [P078]) and the Import by Job ID page that allows users to import a job from the ATS. It can also control the display of the + Add Job Campaign button on the Job Campaigns page. Intellipost Configuration P089 Group Allows user to configure Intellipost options. This permission controls the display of the Intellipost Configuration option in the Jobs section of the Configuration page. (The user must also have the Configuration System permission [P056].) Job Pivot By Action Date P163 Dashboard Allows user to access and use the Job Pivot By Action Date Dashboard when the user also has the Manage Reports Job Pivot By Job Added Date P164 Dashboard Allows user to access and use the Job Pivot By Job Added Date Dashboard when the user also has the Manage Reports Job Pivot By Posting Date P165 Dashboard Allows user to access and use the Job Pivot By Posting Date Dashboard when the user also has the Manage Reports Job System P090 Group Allows access to Jobs product area from the Core Navigation bar. Without this permission, the Jobs icon does not display in the Core Navigation bar. Users who have this permission can also access the following links under Jobs on the Configuration page: Job Alerts, Currently Supported Job Boards, New Board Request, and Failed Postings. Note: To access the Job Alerts configuration page, the user must also have the Manage Job Alert Configuration permission (P130). Job Campaign GEO Tracking P162 Dashboard Allows user to access and use the Job Campaign GEO Tracking Dashboard when the user also has the Manage Reports Jobs P018 Contact Allows user to access Job Apply Clicks information in an individual contact tools menu. 6 Manage Templates P073 Group Allows user to manage Event, Job, and Marketing Templates. This permission controls the display of the Event Templates, Job Templates, and Marketing Templates link in the General section of the Configuration page. NOTE: The user must also have the Manage Job Header/Footer Templates permission (P093) to access the pages to configure events, job, and marketing templates after they click these links. Manage Event Workflows and Templates P144 Group Allows user to create, save, and delete event templates and to associate events to workflows that are configured as selective from the Event Details page. Users with this permission can access the Save as Template option from the Edit Details dropdown menu on an event. They can also add selective events to an event, edit selective workflows, and delete them from an event. Users must also have the Access Events (P140) and/or View all Jobs/Events (P104) privileges. Manage Feedback Recipients P020 Contact Allows users to access the Feedback Recipients link in the Contacts section of the Configuration page. From this page, users can add, edit, and delete feedback recipients who will be available in the Recipients list of the Request Feedback window. (Without this permission, users still have the ability to send feedback requests and can still add a recipient address manually.) (The user must also have the Configuration System permission [P056].) Manage Job Alert Configuration P130 Group Allows user access to Job Alert Configuration. This permission controls the display of the Job Alert page within the Configuration product area. The user must also have the Job System permission (P090) to view the Job Alert link from the Jobs section of the Configuration page and the Career Marketing Sites Admin permission ( P063), as well as a CRM license (P128) to use universal job alerts. (The user must also have the Configuration System permission [P056].) Manage Job Header/Footer Templates P093 Group Allow user to configure headers and footers in the event, job, and marketing templates. Without this permission, the user cannot access the Event Templates, Job Templates, or Marketing Templates pages. Users must also have the Manage Templates permission (P073) to view those links on the Configuration page and the Configuration System permission (P056) to access the Configuration page. Manage Job Workflows P153 Group Allows user to associate jobs with selective workflows from the Workflows section of the Job Details page. Users with this permission can add selective workflows to a job, edit selective workflows, and delete them from a job. Users must also have the Jobs permission (P018). Manage Media Library P127 Group Allows user to configure and use the Media Library. This permission controls the display of the Media Library link in the General section of the Configuration page. (The user must also have the Configuration System permission [P056].) The Media Library stores all media and document files for use in SmashFly templates, talent forms, headers/footers, and Career Marketing Site landing pages. Manage Profiles P049 Group Allows user access to the Feedback Requests page of the Configuration product area. It controls the display of the Feedback Requests link in the Contacts section of the Configuration page. (The user must also have the Configuration System permission [P056].) Manage Reports P059 Group Allows user to see the Reports icon in the Navigation bar (and to access the Reports page) when the user has this permission and at least one other permission from the Report Privileges or Dashboard Privileges list. Manage Tags P021 Contact Allows users to add, edit, and delete tags from the Configuration product area. This permission controls the display of the Tags link in the Contacts section of the Configuration page. (The user must also have the Configuration System permission [P056].) Manage Talent Forms P126 Group Allows user access to Talent Forms configuration. This permission controls the display of the Talent Forms link in the Contacts section of the Configuration page. (The user must also have the Configuration System permission [P056].) Manage Teams P074 Group Allows user to Manage Teams and Users assigned to Teams. This permission controls the display of the Teams link under User Organization on the Configuration page. (The user must also have the Configuration System permission [P056].) You can use teams to provide a group of users with access to a contact list and templates. Map Posting Parameters for Client P094 Group No longer valid. Used to control access within Configure Board Mappings section of Configuration page. This page has been removed. Map Posting Parameters for Group P095 Group No longer valid. Used to control access within Configure Board Mappings section of Configuration page. This page has been removed. Map Posting Parameters for User P096 Group No longer valid. 7 Marketing Campaign Pivot P166 Dashboard Allows user to access and use the Marketing Campaign Pivot Dashboard when the user also has the Manage Reports Marketing Campaigns P068 Group Allows access to Marketing Campaigns product area when the Enable Marketing Campaigns setting (S58) is enabled. This permission controls the display of the Marketing Campaigns icon in the Core Navigation bar. Mass Update Contacts P121 Contact Allows user to update multiple contact records at once through the use of the Mass Update Data feature. This permission controls the display of the Mass Update Data action in the Actions list from the Contacts grid. M Manage Companies V Contact System P009 Contact Allows users to manage Companies, including Schools. Users with this permission can see and click the Companies icon from the Core Navigation bar to access the Companies product area. This permission also controls the ability to create and edit companies and schools. Users who do not have this permission can link to existing companies and schools from contact records but cannot create or edit companies or schools. Notes P022 Contact Allows user to add and review notes and tasks. In addition to controlling access to the + Add Note button on the Activity tab of the Contact record, this permission currently controls a user's ability to save tasks; because of a known issue, users without this permission can currently view tasks in the Tasks panel of the Contact Record and access the + Add New Task and Save buttons on the task, but the Save button does not function unless they have this permission. Privilege Groups P061 Group Allows user to administer Privilege Groups. (The user must also have the Configuration System permission [P056].) This permission controls the display of the Privilege Groups link in the User Organization section of the Configuration page. Recruiter P174 CMS Allows user to access the Career Site Builder as a content editor who can add and modify Career Site pages but does not have the ability to approve or publish content that requires an approval workflow. Referrals Overview P167 Dashboard Allows user to access and use the Referrals Overview Dashboard when the user also has the Manage Reports permission (P059) and an Interactive Viewer Analytics license. The Enable Dashboards setting (S052) must also be enabled. Run CRM Campaigns P075 Group Allows user to run CRM campaigns, CRM Job Campaigns, and Send Mass s. When the EnableContact Campaigns setting (S051) is enabled, this permission controls the display of the Create CRM Job Message option in the Job Campaigns Wizard, the Create CRM Marketing Message option in the Marketing Campaign Wizard, the Mass option, and, the Saved Searches, Contact Lists, Tags, and Send To fields on the Job template within the Job Campaign wizard. When the user has a CRM license (P128), this permission can also control the + Add Campaign button on the Jobs grid and on the Marketing grid and the + Add button on a marketing campaign. Run JobBoard Campaigns P097 Group Allows user to promote jobs or events to job boards. This permission controls the display of the Create Job Board Postings option in the Job Campaign wizard or the Create Board Postings option in the Event Campaign wizard (when the user's sourcing group has eligible options for the user). Run Marketing Links Tracking Campaigns P099 Group Allows user to run Marketing Links Tracking campaigns. This permission controls the display of the Create Tracking Links option in the Marketing Campaign Wizard and the + Add Tracking Link button within a Marketing campaign. It can also control the display of the + Add Campaign button on the Marketing grid (when the EnableMarketingLinksCampaigns setting (S059) is enabled. Run SMS Campaigns P076 Group Allows users to run SMS campaigns. This permission controls the display of the Create SMS Message options in the Job, Event, or Marketing Campaign wizards when the EnableSMSCampaigns setting is enabled. When the user has a CRM license, it also controls display of the + Add SMS button on a Marketing campaign. This permission (with the EnableSMSCampaigns setting and a CRM license) is one of a few that can also control the display of the + Add Campaign button on the Marketing Campaigns grid. Run Social Networking Campaigns Run Talent Network Campaigns P100 P101 Group Group Allows user to run Social Networking Job Campaigns. This permission controls the display of the Social Networks link in the General section of the Configuration page when the user also has the Marketing Campaigns (P068) and Configuration System (P056) permissions It also controls the display of the Create Social Networking Message option in the Job Campaign and Allows user to run Talent Network Campaigns (which are Job campaigns based on previous contact job apply click activity). This permission controls the display of the Create Talent Network option in the Job Campaign wizard when the EnableAuto Campaigns setting (S049) is enabled. Page 7 of 10

8 Run Universal Tracking Campaigns P102 Group Allows users to run Universal Tracking Campaigns for Job or Event Campaigns. This permission controls the display of the Create Universal Tracking Links option in the Job and Event Campaign wizards when the Enable Tracking Links Campaign setting (S073) is enabled and the user's sourcing group has at least one authorized option that is available for the user to select. Save Contact Searches P024 Contact Allows user to save contact Searches. Saved Searches P025 Contact Allows user to run Saved Searches for Contacts. This permission controls the display of the Saved Searches field in the Filters panel of the Contacts grid. Send Communications to Internal Employees P154 Group Allows users to send separate and SMS communications to internal employees and external contacts. This privilege controls the display of the Include internal employees and Include external contacts options on the Campaign Wizard for and SMS campaigns. When this privilege is granted, both options display and are selected by default (even when Internal Mobility Marketing is not enabled). Note: These options are not available for workflows, but workflow actions can be targeted to either internal or external contacts based on the value of the Internal Employee field (Yes or No) from the contact record instead when Internal Mobility Marketing is enabled. Send P026 Contact Allows user to send an individual to contacts from the Contacts grid or the contact record. This permission controls the display of the contact's address as an link in the Contact card that displays when the user hovers over the Contact icon under the contact name in the Contacts grid and of the Send envelope icon at the top of the contact record. For users who have this permission, clicking the address from the Contact Details card or the envelope icon from the contact record opens a new in the user's default program, addressed to that contact. Send Feedback Requests P048 Group Allows users to send feedback requests. This permission controls the display of the Send Request button on the Feedback tab of the Contact record. To access the Feedback tab, users must also have the View Feedback Requests permission (P023). Without P023 and this permission (P048), they cannot send feedback requests. Sourcing Groups P060 Group Allows user to administer Sourcing Groups. This permission controls the display of the Sourcing Groups link in the User Organization section of the Configuration page. (The user must also have the Configuration System permission [P056].) Tags P027 Contact Allows user who has the Edit Contacts permission (P014) to create new tags on the fly from within the contact record. This permission controls the ability of the user to enter a new tag from the Tags field on the contact record and to select Add to add the tag so that it is available for use in other records, as well. The user must also have the Edit Contacts permission Update Event Step of Contacts P146 Contact Allows users to update a contact's event step from the event list within a contact record. This permission controls the display of the Event Step drop down list in the Event record. User Activity P168 Dashboard Allows user to access and use the User Activity Dashboard when the user also has the Manage Reports permission (P059) and an Interactive Viewer Analytics license. The Enable Dashboards setting (S052) must also be enabled. User Login History P169 Dashboard Allows user to access and use the User Login History Dashboard when the user also has the Manage Reports permission (P059) and an Interactive Viewer Analytics license. If the CrmEnableOFCCPTracking setting (S025) is enabled and the user has this permission, the OFCCP Search Audit option also displays in the Contact Reports section of the Reports page. View all Jobs/Events P104 Group Allows user to see all jobs and events for your company (not just ones the user created or for which the user is a team member). In addition, without this permission, the Jobs Filter selectors in the Lists Filter pane of the Contacts page will display only Mine as an option. View Feedback Requests View Inactive Lists P023 P016 Contact Contact Allows user to access the Feedback tab of the contact record and the Feedback Requests page under the User Menu. If a user does not have this permission, the Feedback tab does not display on the Contact record, and the My Feedback Requests option does not display under the User menu. Note: Any user who has the Send Feedback Requests permission (P048) must also have this permission assigned (because they cannot access the Feedback tab to send the request without this permission) Allows user access to filter by Inactive lists in the Contacts area. This permission controls the display of the Inactive and Both options in the Contacts List panel of the Contacts grid. (This permission does not apply to Job Lists; all user have access to Inactive job lists.) View Restricted Contacts P147 Contact This permission is needed only if the Restrict by Folder setting (S145) is enabled. When that setting is enabled, this permission allows users to search through all contact records, regardless of whether they are set as Pubic or Restrict by Folder. View Star Rating on Contacts P037 Contact This permission controls the display of the Star ratings at the top of a contact record, as well as the Rating History section within the Contact record. It also controls the User Score column on the Contacts grid. Users who do not have the permission do not have the option to include the User Score column in the Customize View pop up window, and they cannot see the User Score column in any views that included that column in the view definition.
