3 BevMo! Storefront Homepage STEP # 1 - Login information: your stores address (ie. store01@bevmo.com) - Password: your stores city in all lowercase letters with no spacing (ie. ranchosantamargarita or walnutcreek) - Click Login once Username and Password have been input
4 Main BevMo! Resource Center Page Step #2 - To order sign stock (ie. 12ups and/or Stack signs), begin by selecting inventory management
5 Veracore s Main Page: Step #3 - After clicking the Inventory Management link on the BevMo! Resource Home Page you will be directed to this page - Sign stock is separated by sign type (ie. 12ups, Stack signs, or ClubBev!) - To place an order select the folder of the sign stock you will need. - The ClubBev! folder will have all miscellaneous files such as: empty case stickers (Green Exclamation Point), ClubBev! Update pads, etc.
6 12 up Perf sheets Drop Down Quantity option: Step #4 - To order signs: simply select the quantity dropdown menu directly beneath the sign in which you would like to order. - Once you have opened the dropdown menu, select the quantity needed and click Add to Cart. See image to the left for an example
7 Address Confirmation: Step #5 - Once you have selected all necessary sign stock you will be asked to confirm your address. - If your address is correct click submit. - If you need to update your address, you will need to to uncheck the ship to my address link, and input the correct address *NOTE* All Addresses have been uploaded and stores should not have to change their address.
8 Order and Shipping notes: Step #6 - If you need to add comments to your order, you can include in the order comments section to the left. - See below for Shipping method instructions: CA Stores Only -Shipping method will always be Golden State Overnight (GSO) WA-AZ Only - If Stores do not need a rush applied to their order then they will select Golden State Overnight as their preferred Shipping method. (this will endure a second day delivery) - If stores need their orders next day, then both WA and AZ stores will select Ontrac as their Shipping method.
9 Shopping Cart: Step #7 - Once you have confirmed shipping method you will be taken to your shopping Cart which contains the items that have been placed on order - If you need to update cart, to either include or exclude items from your order, select the update cart tab - If you are satisfied with your order, proceed by selecting the check out button.
10 Submit Order: Step #8 - After Confirming address is correct click Submit button to process order
11 Orders Report: Tracking Shipments Tracking Orders Step #1 - To track your order, select the Reports Tab in the header column as in the image to the left
12 Select order date: Tracking Orders Step #2 - Select the Start Date and End Date of the time period for which you would like to review.
13 Generate Report: Tracking Orders Step #3 - Select Generate Report to view tracking information
14 Product Shipped Report: Tracking Orders Step #4 -This is the report that will be generated. - Will identify all items that have been shipped or are being processed
