1 Wood Ranch PTA Jog-A-Thon 2015 Online Fundraising Step-by-Step Guide Welcome to our first Jog-A-Thon 2015 Online Fundraising! The purpose of this event is to promote healthy exercise, to have fun, and to raise money for our school. All the funds collected from sponsorship and parent s donation will support by bringing in assemblies, art program, science fair, music program, and more. And now, Wood Ranch PTA made the process even easier this year by donating online! Support this event by sponsoring your child s efforts and encouraging friends and family members to join you. Wood Ranch PTA works hard at making every child s potential a reality. Here are the step-by-step on how to donate online Using Desktop Computer:

2 1. Place your cursor in URL and type in 2. On the Homepage, click Pledge Donation. 3. Pledge Donation page. You can choose the fixed amount of $25, $30, or $35 or click other amount.

3 4. Once you decide the amount you will donate, click on the image or the buy button to add in the cart. (For example, $25) 5. Cart page. For quantity you have the option to increase the quantity amount. Click Add to Cart and you will be redirected to the Cart Confirmation page. 6. Cart Confirmation page.

4 IMPORTANT: TYPE IN THE - NAME OF THE STUDENT(S), GRADE, and TEACHER. If more than one student, please write on the comment section the amount of each student you are donating. Or you can do another transaction separately. 7. Check out page.

5 Click Checkout button. Type of Credit Cards Accepted: Amex, Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Discover, and Diners. You can also choose Check payment. Checks need to be made out to the Wood Ranch PTA. And submit the check payment to the office address to Susan Ross or Cindy Ball. 8. Customer Info, Billing and Payment page. Complete the Customer Information fields.

6 When done completing, click Continue to go to the Billing & Payment process. Complete the Billing and Payment fields then click Place my order to complete the process. 9. Confirmation page.

7 You can print a copy of the receipt for tax purposes Confirmation A confirmation receipt will be after you complete the payment process.

9 Q. How much can I donate online? A. There are fixed pledge amount of $25, $30, $35. However, you can choose the Other Amount and it has a $5 increment. Q. Do you use Paypal as one form of payment? A. No. We only accept Credit Cards or Check as payment form. Q. Will I received an confirmation after I donated online? A. Yes. Once a payment is process successfully, you will receive a confirmation . Also, upon confirming the payment online, you can print out a receipt. Q. Is Wood Ranch PTA a Non-Profit Organization? A. Yes. Wood Ranch PTA is a 501 (c) (3) Non-Profit Organization. All donations are tax deductible. Q.
