1 Chartwells School Dining arrives on the web! Dear Parents and Students, Your Chartwells School Dining team is pleased to announce that we are now online! Our customized website allows you to consult your cafeteria menu, nutrition tips and price list. You can also access information about our partners with whom we work to bring the highest quality products to your children! All the information is at: In order to have access to the menu, price list, and promotions you will have to click on the Schools tab. To add money to the Caf-card, select Menu. You will then have to register using the username and password below. Username: villa-maria Password: cafeteria Please allow 24 working hours for order processing and card reload. Only payment by Visa or Mastercard credit card will be accepted. Administrative fees of 2.5% will be applied. We hope that you will enjoy our new customized website! Method # 1 Place an order without a profile 1- Go on our website : 2- Click on School tab 3- Choose Menu tab 4- The username is : villa-maria 5- The password is : cafeteria 6- Click on the blue button : Add Money to the Caf-Card 7- Enter your child informations. Select the name of the school and click on Enter 8- Click on Add Money to the Caf-CArd 9- When you re done, click on the big blue button : 10- Then, enter you personal informations as requested (since there s no create profile, you will enter those informations on every order. Please note: Only canadian Visa and Mastercard are accepted. The mailing adress must be the same as shown on your card statement.) 11- To complet the order, click on : 12- Finally, submit your order!

3 Create a profile Then use method #2 to order 1- To create your profile, click on Not a user or click on Login, then Don t have an account? Click here si sign up! 2- Fill in all the required fields. At this step, it is important to choose the school. IMPORTANT: Only canadian Visa and Mastercard are accepted. The mailing adress must be the same as shown on your card statement. 3- When all required fileds have been filled, you will receive this message : 4- Opening the , you will get back on My Caf Zone website. You are now ready to place an order through your profile

4 Method # 2 Place an order with a profile 1- In the upper right corner, click on Login 2- Enter your address and password 3- On the home page, select School tab. Select your school and then select Submit. 4- When the order period is on, click on the blue button : Place an order. 5- Click on Add Money to the Caf-card 6- When you re done, click at the bottom of the page on : 7- Your information are already there, you only need to indicate your card number. For security reasons, your card information is not saved on the website. 8- To complete your order, click on :

5 9- And finally, Submit. IMPORTANT! It is important to click one time, so you won t be charge twice. You will receive a minute later a confirmation . If you don t, please select the Contact us tab, and send us an with your child s name and school, so we can send it to you.
