1 Official Rules for the New Jersey Lottery VIP Club Opt-In Drawing - The Voice 1. ELIGIBILITY: New Jersey Lottery VIP Club Opt-In Drawing-The Voice ( Voice Opt-In Drawing ) is open to individuals 18 years of age or older who are registered members of the New Jersey Lottery s VIP Club (the VIP Club ). Individuals can register for the VIP Club for free via the New Jersey Lottery s website (NJLottery.com/VIPjoin). When registering for a VIP Club account, individuals must provide their name, birth date, street address, city, state, ZIP code, valid address, and valid contact telephone number (collectively Contact Information ). Failure to provide all Contact Information and/or failure to keep all Contact Information current, may result in an individual not being notified of the Voice Opt-In Drawing and/or the denial of a prize awarded in connection with the Voice Opt-In Drawing. Winning the Prize (as defined in paragraph 10 of these Official Rules) in connection with the Voice Opt-In Drawing is contingent upon the winner s compliance with all of the requirements set forth in these Official Rules, including the agreement to be bound by the Authorization and Waiver and Release set forth in these Official Rules. The Voice Opt-In Drawing is void where otherwise restricted or prohibited by law. Winners of the Voice Opt-In Drawing will be subject to all applicable New Jersey State, federal and local laws and regulations. Winners are solely responsible for payment of all applicable federal, State and local taxes associated with the Prize awarded in connection with the Voice Opt-In Drawing, including any additional prize that may be awarded at the Event, as the term Event is defined in paragraph 10(viii) of these Official Rules. Neither the New Jersey Lottery, Northstar New Jersey Lottery Group, LLC or International Game Technology PLC shall be responsible for any taxes that may become due as a result of the Voice Opt-In Drawing or any Prize awarded in connection with the Voice Opt-In Drawing, including any additional prize that may be awarded at the Event. The New Jersey Lottery or its designee reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, to replace the Prize (or any portion of the Prize) with another of equal value. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Prize. Employees and their immediate families living in the same household of the New Jersey Lottery, Northstar New Jersey Lottery Group, LLC, IGT Global Solutions Corporation, Scientific Games International, Inc., their direct vendors and their advertising agencies are not eligible to participate in the Voice Opt-In Drawing. 2. AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY OFFICIAL RULES: By participating in the Voice Opt-In Drawing, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the New Jersey Lottery or its designee as final and binding as related to the Voice Opt-In Drawing, including but not limited to, all entries submitted in connection with the Voice Opt-In Drawing and the construction and interpretation of these Official Rules. 3. METHODS OF ENTRY: The Entry Period for the Voice Opt-In Drawing is November 28, 2018 at 12:00 a.m. ET until November 30, 2018 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the Entry Period ). There are two (2) ways for VIP Club members to enter the Voice Opt-In Drawing during the Entry Period. VIP Club members who have chosen to receive Opt-In

2 Drawings and Special Promotion s ( Opt-In ) from the New Jersey Lottery will receive an Opt- In when the Voice Opt-In Drawing is available. The VIP Club member must open the Opt-In and follow the instructions in the Opt-In , which include directing the VIP Club member to click the link provided to be entered in the Voice Opt-In Drawing. The VIP Club member must click the link provided in the before the announced end of the Voice Opt-In Drawing Entry Period. A VIP Club member may also enter the Voice Opt-In Drawing on the New Jersey Lottery website, NJLottery.com, during the Entry Period by signing into his or her VIP Club account, accessing the Opt-In Drawing Sweepstakes page and following the instructions on the Opt-In Drawing Sweepstakes page, which include directing the VIP Club member to click the link provided during the Entry Period to be entered in the Voice Opt-In Drawing. Regardless of entry method or website - each VIP Club member may only submit one (1) entry into the Voice Opt-In Drawing. A VIP Club member will receive an on-screen confirmation of his or her entry after submission. Where the New Jersey Lottery or its designee offers more than one Opt-In Drawing opportunity at a time, the New Jersey Lottery VIP Club member must enter each separate Opt-In Drawing, within the time periods specified in the Opt-In , Opt-In Drawing Sweepstakes Page and/or the Official Rules for the particular Opt-In Drawing, if applicable, in order to be eligible to win a prize for the particular Opt-In Drawing. Opt-in Drawings will be scheduled at the discretion of the New Jersey Lottery or its designee. The New Jersey Lottery or its designee reserves the right to reschedule any Opt-In Drawing time or date, including the time or date for the Voice Opt-In Drawing, in its sole discretion and without prior notice. Details of the Opt-In Drawings, including the prize(s) to be awarded and its (their) value, will be made available to VIP Club members via using the address on file with the VIP Club, on the New Jersey Lottery s website, NJLottery.com in the VIP Club section designated for opt-in/sweepstakes drawings, and/or the Official Rules for the particular Opt-In Drawing, if applicable. The New Jersey Lottery is not responsible if a VIP Club member s attempt to enter an Opt-In Drawing, including the Voice Opt-In Drawing, is not received by the Lottery or its designee for any reason, technical or otherwise. Neither the New Jersey Lottery nor Northstar New Jersey Lottery Group, LLC shall have any liability for a VIP Club member s failure to receive an Opt-In , including the Voice Opt-In , caused by, among other things, the VIP Club member s, junk or other security settings or for a VIP Club member s provision of incorrect, non-functioning or out of date Contact Information. 4. DRAWINGS: Two (2) potential winners and twenty (20) alternate potential winners will be randomly selected for the Voice Opt-In Drawing on or around December 3, 2018, from all VIP Club members who opted-in for the Voice Opt-In Drawing in satisfaction with all of the requirements set forth in these Official Rules. A VIP Club member who attempts to enter the Voice Opt-In Drawing after the end of the Voice Opt-In Drawing Entry Period will be disqualified from the Voice Opt-In Drawing. Each potential winner will be notified by at the address on file within the VIP Club, and if necessary, confirmed by telephone at the number on file with the VIP Club. Each potential winner will then have five (5) days from the date the Prize award notification was sent to claim his or her Prize in accordance with the instructions provided in the winner notification or telephone call. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to confirm acceptance of his or her Prize in accordance with the instructions provided in the winner notification or telephone call within the required time period, or fails to provide any and all other information or documentation required by the New Jersey Lottery or its designee, the potential winner shall be disqualified at the sole discretion of the 2

3 New Jersey Lottery or its designee. In such an event, an alternate potential winner will be designated to receive the Prize based upon his or her order of selection. The alternate potential winner will have five (5) days from the date the alternate potential winner is notified, to claim his or her Prize in the manner set forth in this Section 4. The New Jersey Lottery shall have no liability for a potential winner s or potential alternate winner s failure to receive the Prize award notification caused by, among other things, the potential winner s or potential alternate winner s spam, junk or other security settings or for a potential winner s or potential alternate winner s provision of incorrect, non-functioning or out of date contact information. The Voice Opt-In Drawing will be conducted by the New Jersey Lottery or its designee. 5. AUTHORIZATION: By participating in the Voice Opt-In Drawing, you hereby irrevocably consent to the use of your Contact Information, photograph(s), video(s), voice, and/or likeness by the New Jersey Lottery or its designee in any and all of its online, printed and social media advertisements, promotions, publications, illustrations, and other Web content throughout the world in perpetuity, including but not limited to, on the World Wide Web, without payment or any other consideration to you. You hereby irrevocably authorize the New Jersey Lottery or its designee to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish and/or distribute, without any inspection or approval of use by you, your Contact Information, photograph(s), video(s), voice, and/or likeness for purposes of publicizing the New Jersey Lottery or for any other lawful purpose. In addition, you hereby irrevocably waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of your Contact Information, photograph(s), video(s), voice, and/or likeness. You hereby hold harmless and release and forever discharge the New Jersey Lottery and Northstar New Jersey Lottery Group, LLC and its/their agents, owners, operators, officers, directors, elected officials, members, shareholders, managers, contractors, subcontractors, employees, partners, and designees and each of their respective parent companies, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the New Jersey Lottery, Northstar New Jersey Lottery Group, LLC, and/or the Voice Opt-In Drawing from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action which you, your heirs, agents, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on your behalf or on behalf of your estate have or may have by reason of this Authorization and/or your participation in the Voice Opt-In Drawing, including without limitation, all claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, defamation, false endorsement and any other claims regarding personal and/or property rights. You hereby certify that you are at least 18 years of age and competent to contract in your own name. 6. WAIVER AND RELEASE: By participating in the Voice Opt-In Drawing, you hereby agree to (a) be bound by these Official Rules and (b) waive and forever release any and all claims and causes of action which you or your heirs, agents, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on your behalf or on behalf of your estate have or may have against the New Jersey Lottery and/or Northstar New Jersey Lottery Group, LLC and its/their respective agents, owners, operators, officers, directors, elected officials, members, shareholders, managers, contractors, subcontractors, employees, partners, and designees and each of its/their respective parent companies, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the New Jersey Lottery, Northstar New Jersey Lottery Group and/ or the Voice Opt-In Drawing, from any and all liability, injury, damage, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) your participation, in whole or in part, in the 3

4 Voice Opt-In Drawing; (ii) your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize (or any portion of the Prize) awarded in connection with the Voice Opt-In Drawing; (iii) the registration of your Contact Information with the VIP Club or in connection with the Voice Opt-In Drawing; (iv) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (v) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (vi) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process for the Voice Opt-In Drawing; and (vii) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Voice Opt-In Drawing or the processing of entries for the Voice Opt-In Drawing. 7. DISPUTES: The Voice Opt-In Drawing is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of laws rules. As a condition of participating in the Voice Opt-In Drawing, you agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Voice Opt-In Drawing in any way, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court of competent jurisdiction in Mercer County, New Jersey. By entering the Voice Opt-In Drawing, you agree to submit to the in-person jurisdiction of a court of competent jurisdiction in Mercer County, New Jersey. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys fees, other than your actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., any costs associated with entering the Voice Opt-In Drawing), and you further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. 8. THE VOICE OPT-IN DRAWING INTEGRITY: The New Jersey Lottery or its designee, reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Voice Opt-In Drawing if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a virus, bug, unauthorized human intervention, fraud or other cause beyond its control (the Event ) has or is corrupting or affecting the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Voice Opt-In Drawing. In such a case, the New Jersey Lottery or its designee, in its sole discretion, may select potential winners from all eligible entries received prior to or after resolution of (if appropriate) the Event. The New Jersey Lottery or its designee reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with or attempts to tamper with the entry process for the Voice Opt-In Drawing, the operation of the Voice Opt-In Drawing or otherwise violates these Official Rules. The New Jersey Lottery, or its designee, has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Voice Opt-In Drawing and to void any entry or entries for any reason, including the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any system or program of the New Jersey Lottery or its designee, or to undermine the legitimate operation of the Voice Opt-In Drawing in any way, may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. If such an attempt is made, the New Jersey Lottery or its designee reserves the right to seek compensation from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. 9. DRAWING SCHEDULE AND ENTRY PERIOD: Voice Opt-In Drawing Schedule and Entry Period ( Drawing Schedule ) Draw Entry Period Open Entry Period Deadline Drawing Date 1 11/28/ :00 a.m. ET 11/30/ :59 p.m. ET 12/03/2018 4

5 10. Prizes: The Voice Opt-In Drawing will have two (2) Grand Prize winners, as well as twenty (20) alternate winners. The two (2) Grand Prize Winners shall each be eligible to receive the following Prize valued at approximately $8, ( Prize Value )**: - (i) round trip airfare for two (2) from any one major commercial continental United States airport to Las Vegas, NV and returning from Los Angeles, CA; - (ii) coach transportation from Las Vegas to Los Angeles; - (iii) five (5) nights deluxe hotel accommodations (two nights (2) in Las Vegas and three (3) nights in Los Angeles); - (iv) ground transportation to and from the Las Vegas and Los Angeles airports and the hotels; - (v) one thousand dollars ($1,000) spending money; - (vi) a bus tour of Hollywood for two (2); - (vii) Two (2) tickets to the Celine Dion concert at The Colosseum, Caesars Palace, and - (viii) two (2) tickets to The Voice Viewing Party and Millionaire Maker Event (the Event ) where each winner shall win a cash prize to be determined at the Event and may have the opportunity to participate for a chance to win up to one million dollars ($1,000,000) and a chance to attend The Voice Season 16 finale. ** Prize Value does not include the value of any prize that may be awarded at the Event. The Prize shall not and does not include any expenses or fees incurred by the Winner (or his or her guest, if applicable) in connection with the Prize, including among other things, mileage; transportation; insurance; gratuities; meals and beverages; parking; fees; taxes of any kind; baggage fees; departure fees; personal fees such as telephone calls, valet service, laundry and the like; and/or cancelation fees which may be charged by the hotel or other suppliers. Each winner must have a valid credit card for incidentals in order to check into the hotels, unless other arrangements are made by a winner directly with each hotel. Winners are solely responsible for payment of all applicable federal, State and local taxes associated with the Prize awarded in connection with the Voice Opt-In Drawing, including any additional prize that may be awarded at the Event. Neither the New Jersey Lottery, Northstar New Jersey Lottery Group, LLC or International Game Technology PLC shall be responsible for any taxes that may become due as a result of the Voice Opt-In Drawing or any Prize awarded in connection with the Voice Opt-In Drawing, including any additional prize that may be awarded at the Event. 11. CHANGES: These Official Rules may be changed at any time and without prior notice if determined, in the sole discretion of the New Jersey Lottery or its designee, to be in the best interest of the New Jersey Lottery. 5
