What is eport? eport is a platform on which you can order online-reports. The currency on eport are the so-called credits persolog GmbH I All rights reserved. 1

2 eport manual Log in Log in To log in, please enter your user name and your password. Then click on Log in. Forgotten your password Have you forgotten your password? Click on Forgotten your password and reset your password. You will immediately receive your new password at the address you indicate. Otherwise, please contact your preferred partner. How do I enter eport? What can I do on eport? You ll get your access on: On eport, you exclusively order electronic profiles and reports. After having been successfully certified, you get your user name for eport. You get your password after the certification, too. If you have forgotten your password, you need to order a new one. Having logged in the user account and the master account for the first time, please consign your address and choose a new password persolog GmbH I All rights reserved. 2

3 eport manual Settings Change password Click on Personal Settings and then Change password below to customize your password. Save your change by clicking on the disk icon. Personalize your master data Your master data will be displayed later below Consultant in the online questionnaire at the bottom right. This will enable the person completing the questionnaire to contact you at any time if he or she has any problems. 1. Select Personal Settings. 2. Enter your data under General information. 3. 4 eport manual Personalizing your reports Change/enter account information, imprint and business card data Account data is information about the company you work for. Also your account data will later be displayed below the Consultant button. The imprint will be displayed under the Imprint link on the online questionnaire. Please note the legal requirements for information the imprint must have when entering your information. 1. Select Master Account and then Settings. 2. Enter your data. 3. Confirm your entry by clicking on the disk icon. Please note: All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory fields. Report title and footer text The information entered will appear on all reports and/or questionnaires. 1. Click on Report settings. 2. Enter your footer text. This will appear on every page of the report. 3. Enter your title text. This will appear at the bottom of the report s cover sheet (e. g. your company name). 4. 5 eport manual Create users Create users Add additional users to give other employees at your company access to this account. To do so, click in the settings on Master Account and then Users. A list of all other users will be displayed on the screen. To add a user, click on New user (the silhouette bust with a plus sign). 1. Enter the data for the new user. 2. Decide whether the new user should have access to eport or not. 3. Save the new user data by clicking on the disk icon. Delete or modify users You can delete users that you have created by clicking on the wastepaper basket icon in the overview or change their data by clicking on the pencil icon persolog GmbH I All rights reserved. 5

6 eport manual Buy credits Buy credits Select Credits and then Buy credits. Now enter the desired number of credits and click on the green plus sign. What if I buy credits which I don t use for long time: Do they expire? No, credits you have bought won t expire. Can I return eport-credits I have bought? No, you cannot return credits. How do I pay on eport? To place your order on eport, you have to fill up your account with credits which are the eport-currency. In order to do so, you just have to carry out the step Buy credits. The credits will be transmitted to your account within a minute and you ll get the invoice from us. Depending on which reports you order, the corresponding amount of credits will be deducted from your account persolog GmbH I All rights reserved. 6

7 eport manual Order reports Order reports for the Personality Factor Model Select Projects and then New Project. Under Project Information, select the model for which you want to order a report. Then select the type of report, give your project a name and add any further information you wish, e.g. when the project and/or reports should be automatically deleted. Select a folder that you would like to save your project in under Save in folder. You can also create a new folder for your project in this same place (checkmark). Please note: All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory fields for completion. If you want to create a new subfolder for your project, first click on the folder in which the new sub-folder should be placed. Then click on the folder with the checkmark icon to create a new one. Click on the continue icon (play button). How much do reports on eport cost? On eport you can freely choose which questionnaire you want to order for your clients or yourself. When ordering, the corresponding costs will be announced to you. Accounting will take place through credits. The prices of the onlinereports correspond roughly to the prices of the print-profiles. Partially, the online-profiles are more extensive than their paper-equivalent. Or they are not available in print-form persolog GmbH I All rights reserved. 7

8 eport manual Order reports Add participant Enter the personal data of your participant and the name of the questionnaire recipient and the report recipient. Always use the pencil to enter your data. You may add additional participants here and copy existing participants. Click on the plus sign for each participant to send them a report. Add various participant To be able to add more than one participant at once, you ve got the possibility to upload an excel list. In order to do so, just click on the list symbol at the top left. Then you klick on the plus sign. If you need an excel template, you get it on the right hand side of the plus sign, under the link import default file. Report language You may still add a report language afterwards. The report will then also be sent in the second language you have chosen. Select the second language and click on the plus sign, then on the continue button. If you do not wish to have a second language, simply click on the continue button persolog GmbH I All rights reserved. 8

9 eport manual Order reports Now you have an overview of the project with the participants and reports you have added for it. You can display the overview in a print preview and print it immediately. Check to make sure the address of the questionnaire recipient is correct. The total costs will be displayed in the form of credits. Would you like to order questionnaires and reports right away? If so, select Order now. Select Save if you wish to initiate the project at a later time. What s the difference between the Personal Mastery Profile and the Personality Factor Profile? On eport, you ll find the online-report Personal Mastery Profile as well as the Personality Factor Profile. When creating a project, you have to choose under model which version you want to order. The Personal Mastery Profile is an individual report, i.e. you ll only get the results for a single person. The Personality Factor Model is the version you know from the print-profiles. 10 eport manual Order reports Your order confirmation is displayed. You can print this summary of your order now. The access codes ordered will be sent to the addresses you have given us, and the corresponding amount of credits deducted from your account. With the mouse-over you can see whether or not a participant has already completed the questionnaire. If you want to delete a participant you have added to the list, just click on the wastepaper basket icon. If you would like to change your entry, just click on the pencil and make your changes. When do I get my access codes on eport? The access codes or rather the links to the questionnaires will be sent to you or your participant by within a few minutes after you ll have placed your order. When ordering, you can determine who gets the access codes. How long are the access codes valid? You can determine the validity when placing an order. However, the maximal validity are three years. Every link can only be used once. When the questionnaire is terminated and the report is generated, the questionnaire cannot be changed any more.
