3 Downloading the AIM Capture APP 1. In the app store, search AIM CAPTURE ". 2. Our free app will be first on the list. 3. All you ll need to do, is download and login with the address that AIM Support provided. ** support if you have not received your login information.

4 Navigation Tabs Quick Overview of your inventory. This area shows units that have been sold or deleted in your DMS and will be removed from your listings. Aged Inventory Easy to use navigation tabs will allow you to jump from one page to another. Load is the primary tab to manage all of your inventory.

5 Organize your inventory - New / Used - Sort by Active, Sold, Disabled - Click any of the columns to have ascending lists. Remove / Disable a Vehicle - Click on the Green active button to disable. - Turn it back to live /active but clicking the red button. Note: Disabling a vehicle will not delete it, only remove it from all areas of your advertising. It will only delete when it s removed from your DMS feed.

6 Action icon s allow the user to update pictures, edit vehicle data, view the comment, print a window sticker, plus much more!

If these functions are locked on a specific vehicle, only the data in AIM will be the primary source when sending out to your website & additional listing websites.

8 Window Sticker are printed on 8.5x11 sheet of paper. These will dynamically update when vehicles have been edited via AIM or your DMS with Options, Pricing or Historical vehicle data. Payments automatically recalculate based on interest rate changes or price changes. Warranty information can be changed for dealership specific certified programs. QR Codes automatically render, sending the midnight shopper to your online listings.

9 Click the Pencil Icon for editing the vehicle information.

10 Vehicle details should always come from your DMS if possible. This will allow the unit to remain unlocked and the vehicle data to update automatically if there is any pricing or KM adjustments made. Condition Statement should be added to enhance the comment, images and highlight previous history. Adding data here, will also automate additional features in AIM! Features is an area where you can add key vehicle options. This will be automatically sent to the vehicle comments, highlights, badging and title enhancements. Example: Leather Seats, Navigation, Sunroof Cooled Seats, Bluetooth.

11 Click the Camera Icon to Load, Badge or Rearrange images.

12 Add Photos - Rotate Image - Manually Badge Photo Images are a powerful selling tool. On this page, you can rearrange images by dragging them into position, add overlays and badges or delete if necessary.

16 Remove Badge & Overlay Watermarks Optional Step #2 #1 - Select the image you wish to restore. Step #1 #2 - Click Restore Original button to remove the Overlay and Badge. #3 - Select the image again & select Add Overlay.

17 Badge Images with the Capture App! Image Branding with photoshop can be a time consuming process, with AIM Capture it EASY!! 1. Select the individual image that you wish to badge.

18 2. Click Badge Image in the bottom right corner of the AIM Capture app. 3. Pick from a list of key optional equipment, historical vehicle data or payments. ** Badges are preset to land on the image without overlapping the dealership overlay. 4. The Finished Product!

You can follow the chain of events by looking at export times to better know when the information has been sent to specific vendors. Also know the number of images, view comment and the VIN decode by clicking FULL DETAILS.

29 Read the vehicle description before it s sent out. These descriptions are automatically updated and will adjust when you add features, change prices or any other modifications.
