ADVERTISING MATERIAL: Please send 6 CDs of the band or the artist to the following postal address: Gustav-Mahler-Str Leipzig to be sent: immediately 3. CONTRACT: The cooperation agreement is prepared by the organisers and sent to you together with this document. 4. RADIUS CLAUSE: Please note the contractual restrictions regarding any live appearances in close physical and time proximity to WGT.

2 5. TECHNICAL RIDER : A few weeks before the festival we will send you a list of the equipment (pa, lights) that we will provide at the venue where you will perform. Please send your input list and your stage plot to ernst@schalldruck-audio.de NOTE: Due to the large number of bands and artists it is not possible to fulfil every single technical rider completely. Please inform us, in a SEPERATE mail, if you intend to use any stage set, props, or decorations, and if you will need extra equipment for your show. We will then check if this is possible (depending on local conditions, change- over times, contractual agreements, etc.). BACKLINE: In every venue a basic backline equipment will be provided: drum set arrangement, bass cabinet and bass top, guitar cabinets and guitar tops as well as various tripods and connecting wires for keyboards. Should more extensive backline have been agreed upon in the contract, please send us your backline-listing. If you want to rent backline by yourself, please contact our backline company directly. The band or the artist has to bear the costs for the rental. rajkolienert@service-unlimited.de 6. PYROTECHNICS: Pyrotechnics CANNOT be used, unless the organisers gave their consent in written form. 7. CATERING LIST: Please send us your catering list, clearly indicating how many people must be catered for and how many are meat eaters, vegetarians, vegans, and people with special dietary needs. Please send to the following address: margret@wave-gotik-treffen.com NOTE: As it is a festival, it will be difficult to fulfil all your demands; additionally, the catering will be adjusted to the local conditions of the various venues. Further information will be found in the contract. 8. DRESSING ROOMS : There will be standard dressing rooms at each venue. But due to venue facilities we are unable to give each band a separate room. This means that some of the rooms will have to be shared. 9. SHUTTLE: A shuttle service will only be provided and paid for by the organisers if agreed upon in the contract and accepted IN WRITTEN FORM by the organisers. 10. MERCHANDISING: For bands and artists performing at the agra-halle: There will be a central merchandising-stall run by WGT-staff. The concession fee is 20% of the gross sales price plus 19% VAT (sales tax). (minimum fee: 50 Euro plus 19% VAT). Therefore we need: the name of the band, billing address, tax number or the trade-id. You can send your merchandise articles to the following address from 30 th May 2017 (important: not earlier than this!!): Agra Messepark Produktionsleitung Wave Gotik Treffen z.h. Pudritz/Jakob Bornaische Strasse Leipzig or you bring the articles to the central merchandise-stall at the agra-halle in person from 1 st June 2017, 5 PM. If you send your merchandise by mail, we will count the articles and sell them right from the time of opening of the agra-halle. Therefore you should us a list of all articles including the number of items and the selling price in advance. The account will be drawn up at a specific date at the central merchandise-stall. The amount will be paid immediately and remaining merchandise articles will be handed back. Your contact at the stand (phone no., address) will be provided later in a seperate .

3 For bands and artists performing at the Kohlrabizirkus: There will be a central merchandising-stall run by WGT-staff. The concession fee is 20% of the gross sales price plus 19% VAT (sales tax). (minimum fee: 50 Euro plus 19% VAT). Therefore we need: the name of the band, billing address, tax number or the trade-id. The account will be drawn up at a specific date at the central merchandise-stall. The amount will be paid immediately and remaining merchandise articles will be handed back. Your contact at the stand (phone no., address) will be provided later in a seperate . At all other locations merchandise items can be sold by the band/the artists themselves. The concession fee for this stall (a percentage of the gross sales price) will be specified in the contract. The counting of the articles before and after the sale as well as the accounting will be done on location in cooperation with a responsible representative of the promoter. Tables will be provided. VERY IMPORTANT: Only articles of the band/artist who is performing at the respective venue / on the respective day are allowed to be sold! The sale of additional articles of other artists (e.g. from the same record label, by a band who are friends of the performing artist etc.) is strictly prohibited! Infringements will be punished by a fine of 500,- Euros. Any exceptions to this rule have to be confirmed by the promoter IN WRITTEN FORM. 11. GUEST LIST: Every band can put a maximum of 5 people on their guest list. These names need to be passed on to the responsible person at the respective venue. Guests do not have access to the backstage area. Guest passes are only valid for the day and the venue at which the band or artist is performing. DJ s and solo artists are entitled to one guest. 12. ARRIVAL: Your crew and your backline need to arrive at the venue no later than 3 hours before your concert begins. The bands or the artists need to arrive at the respective venue 2 hours before the concert at the latest. In any case of delay, please phone the responsible person of the respective venue immediately! 13. WRISTBANDS & PASSES: The artist wristbands and passes as well as passing permits for vehicles will be dispensed at a central location and a specific time (this will be communicated in a separate mail). With your artists wristbands you will be permitted to enter all venues on all days of the festival. You will not be permitted to enter stages or backstage areas though. VERY IMPORTANT: all wristbands can ONLY be picked up IN PERSON. 14. HOTEL ROOMS ( ONLINE FORM ): The link to this online form will be sent to you in a seperate . Please fill in the form completely. Only request rooms you really need or that have been agreed upon in the contract. There is no entitlement to accommodation in a single room or at a specific hotel! Short-term changes by the organiser due to organisational reasons are possible at any time. The hotel reservations will be sent to the bands or artists some time before the festival. Very important note: The form needs to be filled in as soon as possible after you have received the link but no later than 27 th March Due to the changed and strict cancellation-rules of the hotels it will not be possible to book hotel rooms through us after this date! That means, if you return the form after 27 th March 2017, you will have to cover the additional costs for the accommodation yourself. In the worse case, there may be no more rooms available! Expenses for rooms which are reserved by you through us but not used by you without prior notice to us will be charged to your account after the event. In case you need more rooms than contractually agreed upon, we can book them for you at your own expense. These extra rooms cannot be paid for at the hotel. You will receive an INVOICE directly FROM US instead. The amount needs to be transferred to our account before the deadline, otherwise we will have to cancel the reserved rooms again. Thank you for your understanding! There is also the possibility to offset your hotel invoice against your fee or production costs. If you wish to do this, please contact us separately to arrange this. 15. ADDRESS, LOCATION PLANS, CONTACT PERSONS, TELEPHONE NUMBERS: All bands and artists will receive more information via right before the concert. These will contain all important information like addresses, location plans, contact persons, telephone numbers, times, technical listings etc.

INVOICE: Please send us an invoice IN ADVANCE to and by post to: Schulstr Chemnitz The invoice HAS to contain the following information: -name (company, agency, artist) -name of the authorised person -complete address -value-added-tax or international sales tax identification number -date of the issue of the invoice - invoice number -exact name of the service (i. e. production costs for the gig of the band... at the Wave Gotik Treffen 2017 in Leipzig on... ) -net amount, VAT rate, VAT amount, total amount (not applicable if the invoicing party is NOT from or not authorized to deduct pre-tax meaning i. e. private; in these cases please indicate the net amount) -bank details including IBAN and BIC/SWIFT Code -address of the invoice recipient: Schulstraße Chemnitz NOTE: The amount agreed upon can only be paid if the invoice contains all this information; there won t be any exceptions! 17. DATA SHEET ( ONLINE FORM ): The link to this online form will be sent to you in a seperate a few weeks before the festival. Please fill in the data sheet CORRECTLY & COMPLETELY. NOTE: modifications cannot be made by you afterwards. So please fill in CAREFULLY and SEND it OFF after all details are entered. to be sent: immediately after you've received the link If you have further questions, please contact margret@wave-gotik-treffen.com 18. PERSONS INVOLVED IN THE PRODUCTION ( ONLINE FORM ): The link to this online form will be sent to you in a seperate a few weeks before the festival. The list containing the information on ALL persons involved in the production needs to be filled in CORRECTLY and COMPLETELY. This list is binding! Modifications on location are NOT possible! This list is necessary for public authorities and agencies. The number of persons involved in the production doesn't need to correspond with the number of hotel rooms that are to be booked. to be sent: immediately after you've received the link

5 19. EXPLANATIONS FOR FILLING IN THE ONLINE FORM: Number of the people: this includes ALL the persons taking part in your production! Function: this refers to the field of activity and scope of duties of the individual persons, e.g. singer, guitarist, technician, driver a.s.o.. Vehicles: please fill in ALL the vehicles as it is important for the passing permits of the festival area. Address of the artist/agency: please indicate the contact address of the person the CONTRACT is made with. Address of the invoicing party: please complete here the person receiving the guarantee FEE or the COSTS OF THE PRODUCTION. Do NOT forget the turnover tax or the international sales tax identification number! Contact person/representative on the day: it is very important to specify the responsible person who will actually be there on the day responsible for making arrangements at short notice. 20. PHOTOS: Please note, that the audience will be allowed to take photos of your performance and the festival site. Pocket cameras only! 21. VIDEO RECORDINGS: In general the recording of own performances by a professional camera team is prohibited. Excluded from this rule are video recordings or photographs made for archival purposes and done by one (1) person named by the artist. Further exceptions from this rule have to be confirmed by the organiser in written form. Due to the big number of bands and artists at our festival it s not possible otherwise unfortunately. Individual agreements with the organisers in written form have priority.
