This will not have any effect on water levels upstream of the site. b) initial reservoir impoundment to reservoir level 25m is scheduled for this fall. It is important for us to maintain the reservoir at this level in order to mitigate the formation of a natural ice dam at the site during winter conditions. This natural dam has the potential to raise downstream water levels to the point where works under construction would be compromised.
