2 Welcome to the TalentCentral Portal Creating, managing and analyzing assessment projects is easier than ever with the TalentCentral portal. The new CEB assessment portal offers intuitive design, streamlined workflows, simpler project creation and management, and enhanced reporting. This guide will: - Facilitate your transition from Select2Perform to your new TalentCentral portal. - Equip you to start using your new portal quickly and efficiently. TalentCentral Portal Terminology The CEB TalentCentral portal uses different terminology to Select2Perform. Select2Perform Definition TalentCentral Job Contains assessments, reports, dates, s, candidates etc. Project Hiring Team A group of people that can access allocated projects User Group Location A way to link projects with a certain type of data e.g. departments or locations within an organisation. Project Tag/Tag Values Proctor A person who supervises the completion of an assessment Supervisor Library A group of assessments and/or reports saved together for future use as the product selection on a project Assessment Profile Tests/Solutions Refers to all assessments, tests, solutions and reports. Products

3 Logging In You will receive a registration from your new TalentCentral portal with your new username. TalentCentral usernames are your primary address associated to your Select2Perform account. Important: The contains a registration link and should be activated within 48 hours of receipt. Use this link to access the CEB TalentCentral website: - If you have not received login credentials, please contact move2talentcentral@

4 Site Navigation Homepage Once you have logged into the TalentCentral portal, the homepage will be your starting point. You start here to navigate to projects, candidates, results (reports) and dashboards.

5 Your New User Role You have been assigned a user role on the TalentCentral portal that is similar to your access level on Select2Perform. User roles and permissions are slightly different on the new portal and transitioned user accounts will be given the user role that most closely matches that of Select2Perform. Checking Your TalentCental Portal User Role: - Click on the Welcome button located in the top right of the home page. - Select Profile from the drop down. Note. Only a company admin and company super user will have the Settings option. User Roles Users will be assigned a user role that allows permissions to view and access different system features. User role permissions are outlined in the table below.

6 Transitioned Projects Your most recent jobs from Select2Perform have been recreated for you as projects on the TalentCentral portal. CEB has configured jobs (projects) that have been active in the 2 months prior to your transition date. - These projects can be easily identified by the following naming convention: Select2Perform Job Name_date that job was created Other settings that have been transferred include: - Hiring Teams are recreated as User Groups - Locations are recreated as Project Tags/Tag Values - User notifications will be recreated wherever an notification was requested on the Select2Perform job. These are the notification messages that are sent when a candidate has completed their assessments. Important: due to TalentCentral system security the capability to send candidate results via does not exist. Select2Perform - Transitioned Jobs & User Roles Once your TalentCentral logins are activated, your Select2Perform account will be switched to read only access for 90 days. After this time any outstanding partially finished assessments will be deactivated and candidate results will be accessible through a CEB Technical Support request. Once your new TalentCentral projects are live, here s what will happen: - The Select2Perform job link selected for transition will auto-forward to the new corresponding TalentCentral project. Any new candidates using the Select2Perform link will be automatically forwarded to TalentCentral and will complete their assessment(s) on TalentCentral. - Candidates who are in progress with their assessments before the transition will finish on Select2Perform and their results can be retrieved from Select2Perform. - You will be able to access candidate results and reports on Select2Perform in read-only mode for 90 days. What is Not Transitioned? - Libraries - Historical Candidate Data assessment scores and/or reports

7 Getting Started on the TalentCentral Portal When you first start using the TalentCentral portal, you should identify your transitioned projects and mark them as favorites. Favorite Projects - Projects that have been marked as favorite are listed on your homepage for easy access. - You can manage your projects by clicking on the project name. - Click on View Results to go directly to the projects results. Locating your Transitioned Projects Locating Transitioned Projects To edit and/or add information to a transitioned project: - Select Manage from the menu bar at the top of the page. - Next, select Project from the drop down. - Locate your project from the list available or use the filters to search for a specific project. - Click on the project name to select your project. Marking Projects as Favorites - Locate your project. - Check the box to the left of the project name. - Click on Mark Favorite - Your project will be marked with a gold star and will appear on your homepage for quick access.

8 Retrieving Multi Use Links You will need to retrieve the multi-use link for your transitioned projects to distribute to candidates. To access the multi-use link: - Locate the project and click on the project name. - Select the section header called Add Candidates. - On the right hand side, under the title Multi Use Link, right click the button next to URL: Multi-use Link - Copy the link address and distribute to your candidates Reviewing a Project/Assessment Results You can access results either from the menu bar or directly from any favorite projects that have been saved to your homepage. Locating your project - Select Review from the menu bar on the top of the page. - Next, select Project from the drop down. - Locate your project using the filters or by searching through the list, then select your project by clicking on the project name.

9 Viewing results - Once you ve selected your project, you will see the Results Table. - Results columns will display the main score by default. If more detail is required the column can be expanded by clicking anywhere on the header of a column with a sign. - The report count column shows users how many reports will be available when the candidate completes all assessments and how many are currently available based on how many assessments they have completed so far. The user can open the report column by either selecting the header or selecting the actual count (e.g. 1/3.) Report Key Number of reports available out of total reports Download PDF document for the given report HTML report Create a new report in a different language or norm group Report will be available after the candidate completes the assessment - To switch between the status and results, select the buttons located on the right. - To view a detailed report, click on the number under the title Count. This will display the available reports.

10 - For skills assessments, there is a detailed report available. Click on the blue pdf icon, in the report column, to download the file. Filters You can use the filters to narrow the list of projects. This is convenient when you need to quickly identify or locate results that are within specific parameters.
