Simply use your address associated with your account to log in. Link your user IDs You can now link your AT&T BusinessDirect user IDs to your Business Center profile. When you link your user IDs, you can log in to Business Center once without needing to switch between multiple AT&T BusinessDirect user IDs. Benefits Simply enter your address and password to log in to Business Center. No need to remember multiple user names to log in. Conveniently access your AT&T BusinessDirect tools from Business Center. Easily select and work in various profiles that you ve set up. From your Business Center homepage, click My Profile at the top of the page. 2. On the My Profile menu, click Select and link profiles. If your information is validated, you receive a success message that you ve linked your profiles. You will also receive a confirmation . To link additional AT&T BusinessDirect profiles to your Business Center profile, follow the instructions on the previous pages. Note: After you link an AT&T BusinessDirect profile, you can no longer log in to AT&T BusinessDirect using the former user ID. 9 Choose your default profile You can select a default profile to simplify your access. Your Business Center homepage and your AT&T BusinessDirect Tools widget reflect the information associated with your default profile. To choose a default profile. On the Link and select user profiles page, if the Show unlinked profiles toggle is On, switch it to Off to see your linked profiles. 2. Select the profile you want. 3. Check the Make this my default profile box. 4. Click Continue. This opens your Business Center homepage.. The next time you log in to Business Center your homepage will be loaded with your default selections. Note: To unlink an AT&T BusinessDirect profile, please contact your AT&T representative or call (844.ATT.eBIZ).
