1 Registration Guide to the Customer Portal Masterpiece Clients Before registering on the Customer Portal, you will need your current 7, 8, or 10 digit policy number, your 15 digit billing account number that may end with a P or D, and your policy effective date. These items are located on your billing invoice and policy paper. Step 1 Click on the Register Now button located under the New User? header, or beneath the Login button in the Secure Customer Login box. Step 2 Choose which method you would like to register with. If registering with your Billing Statement, enter your 15 digit billing account number and click Next.

2 If registering with your Policy Paper, enter your 7, 8, or 10 digit policy number and click Next. Step 3 Next, if registering with your Billing Statement, provide the 7, 8, or 10 digit policy number, the effective date of the policy, and a description. Then click Submit.

3 If registering with your Policy Paper, provide the effective date of the policy, a description, and in the drop down select your writing company. Then click Submit. Step 4 You will be directed to the Create User ID and Password section.

4 Step 5 In Profile Information, fill in your first and last name and current address. The phone number is optional. Step 6 Create your User ID and Password. Please Note: User IDs and Passwords are CASE SENSITIVE.

5 Step 7 After filling out all required fields, click Submit at the bottom of the page. Step 8 Once the confirmation page displays, check Notifications and/or your personal for the CHUBB ALERT welcoming you to the Chubb Customer Portal. It could take a few minutes for the to come through.

7 Platinum Portfolio Migration Clients Accessing all your information on the Chubb Customer Portal has never been easier. To get started, you ll use the same User ID and Password you used to access the ACE Policyholder Center. If you aren t sure what those are, please use the Forgot password and username links located beneath the GO button in the ACE Policyholder Center. Please note that User IDs and Passwords are case sensitive. Step 1 Visit the ACE Policyholder Center. Under LOGIN NOW, enter your current User ID and Password and click GO: Step 2 After clicking GO, you will be redirected to Chubb Customer Portal and a Welcome screen will appear outlining the three simple steps you will need to complete. Step 3 You can close the Welcome message, and in the Secure Customer Login box, you ll notice we ve already prefilled your User ID. Just enter your password and click the Login button.

8 Step 4 In Policy Descriptions, please provide a nickname for your policy and click SUBMIT. This is an optional, but easy, way to keep track of your different policies. Please Note: There may be rare occasions where we may need to reset your User ID if it matches another user ID already in the Chubb Customer Portal. If this happens, you ll receive a pop-up message with your newly- assigned User ID. If you do not see this pop-up (shown below), then simply proceed to the next step. Step 5 That s it! Registration is complete, and you re ready to go! Step 6 Click on Notifications in the icon tool bar at the top of the screen and check to see if you received your Welcome Notification.

10 New Platinum Portfolio Clients Before registering on Customer Portal, new Platinum Portfolio clients will need to have their nine digit policy number (Platinum Portfolio policies begin with 267-, 268-, 500-, 668-), nine digit bill account number, producer code, and effective date ready. These items can be located on your billing statement, or policy paper. Step 10 Click on the Register Now button located under the New User? header, or beneath the Login button in the Secure Customer Login box. Step 11 Choose which method you would like to register with. If registering with your Billing Statement, enter your 9 digit billing account number and click Next.

11 If registering with your Policy Paper, enter your 9 digit policy number (begins with 267-, 268-, 500-, or 668-) and click Next. Step 12 If registering with your Billing Statement, provide your 9 digit policy number, your agent s producer number (no dashes), and a description of your policy. Then click Submit.

15 Recreational Marine/Passport Clients Before registering on the Customer Portal, you will need your current 7, or 8 digit policy number that starts with a Y or P and ends in an A, your 15 digit billing account number that may end with a P or D, and your policy effective date. These items are located on your billing invoice. Please note this is for policies with effective dates 02/01/2018 and greater. If your policy is effective prior to 02/01/2018, you can still access the FIS portal for payments. Upon your policy renewal, you will be able to view your account within the Customer Portal. Step 1 Click on the Register Now button located under the New User? header, or beneath the Login button in the Secure Customer Login box. Step 2 Enter your billing account number and click Next. Please Note: you can only register your policy using Billing Statement. You will not be able to register your policy using Policy Paper.
