3 1.0 What you need to know To start, please access via the following URL: Once you have confirmed your order, you will receive a confirmation for your records. The website works on all mainstream browsers but should you experience any issues, please contact: Neil Munro neilmunro@linney.com Tel: or Lucy Sidebottom lucysidebottom@linney.com Tel: or Ed Money edmoney@linney.com Tel: or Log in In order to access the system, you are required to log in. Log in details are your micros credentials - username and password. Simply enter your micros username and micros password into the fields as shown below and click 'Log in'. If your micros credentials are valid and correctly entered, you will be forwarded onto the first screen of the Pizza Hut pricing system. 3 P a g e

4 3.0 Portal screen Once you have gained access to the system, the first screen you will be presented with is the Portal screen, please select the 'Campaign ' option as shown below. The 'Portal' screen will allow you to order different campaign print and digital items during each campaign - not all options will be visible, options will only become visible at key stages through the campaign. 5 4.0 Select your volumes- The Select your campaign options' screen allows you to define your selections across each of your individual Huts across each week within the campaign. s are charged at 1.23 per thousand. Each week within the campaign will be displayed as shown above. The selections for each week include heavy/light/both customer types, send day, number of vouchers and voucher selections. As a reminder: a. Light frequency customer is win back and once only b. Heavy frequency customer is frequency, retention and lapsed To begin - select heavy, light or both as the customer type to target, then specify the day of send - you will be presented with three options - Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. Should you wish to opt out, simply select none when choosing the customer type(s) to target'. You can then continue on to select the template 1 voucher, 2 voucher or value card. Finally you will need to choose your vouchers as per screen shot below. Click on the 'Choose voucher' link and it will show the selection window as shown below, from here you can select the required voucher. 5 P a g e

6 You will also see displayed the available count as per below - this is the maximum quantity of consumers that you can communicate with for the current segment for the chosen Hut. 6 P a g e

7 If you wish to copy your selections from 1 week to all other weeks in the campaign simply press 'Copy to all weeks' link as shown below. If you are happy with your selection, you can press save for this hut or use the 'Copy selections from this Hut to all other Huts' or 'Copy selections from this Hut to selected Huts' to apply the same segment selections to all or selected Huts. By ticking the continue to use these selections option, your settings will be automatically used for future campaigns until you manually update these settings again. Please note that your volumes will change from campaign to campaign. Once complete, or you are happy with your campaign options, please click the 'Save all and confirm' button and move to the next step. 5.0 Confirm your order- Once you have confirmed your campaign s, you will be moved onto the Confirm your order screen. This details the individual quantities, selected offers and costs of your order, alongside the total quantity and cost of the order. Please note that the costs are based on your total selection of items across all Huts in your portfolio. 7 P a g e

8 If you are happy with your order, please click the 'Place your order' button to confirm your order. Once this takes place, your orders are final and cannot be changed. 6.0 Order confirmed- Once you have completed Confirm your order, you will be moved onto the order confirmed screen. The order confirmed screen will ask you for an address, to which we will send receipt of your order. Simply enter an address into the form as shown below and click 'Send '. You also have the option to download your order summary as an excel document for reference. 8 P a g e
