2 Introduction This kind of letter is written to a vendor, supplying goods, for terminating any contract with him/her because of any kind of discrepancies in the supply of the goods such as delayed for irregular supplies and may be many other reasons. The final date, i.e. the date from which the dealers is going to stop receiving goods from the vendor must be clearly mentioned in the letter so as to settle the final payments. Tips Some of the rules for writing a perfect vendor termination letter: The letter must contain the exact reason, described clearly, of the termination of the services be described in details. It should be kept in mind that no harsh or offensive language is used in the letter, since it is a formal letter.
