1 Data Exchange via ProjektPortal Application of the tool cfolders for business partners Via the collaboration cfolders, you - as a connected business partner - can gain reading access to the documents allocated on data exchange platform. This form of collaboration enables only to read and to download. It is not possible to edit documents or to create new folders/documents. You can gain access to cfolders via the ProjektPortal. Technical requirements: - Internet Explorer (in version 8 or more) - "Java Runtime Environment (JRE)" (version 6 (Build 1.6.0_31-b05) or more). You may download JRE cost free by Authentication will be possible by a SMS-Login or a SecurID Token which you will receive from Siemens. The SMS-Login is the favorite authentication method. If order-related documents were transmitted, you will be informed via that documents concerning the order via cfolders are available. To be able to gain access to the documents, allocated at SAP cfolders, you have to log into ProjektPortal. Please start your web browser and enter the following URL. After a click to this link you will be forwarded to the ProjektPortal homepage: Page 1/7

2 Login via SMS (mobile phone or landline): To use this service, please login to the ProjektPortal by filling in your adress in the button SMS-Login. As soon as you will receive your SMS with the current TAN, please fill in your SMS password. This passwort is a combination of your PIN (fix), i.e. "12345" and a TAN, i.e. "11223". In this example your password would be " ". Your first PIN (Start PIN) you will receive with an sent to you after you will be registered in the cfolders system. Login via SecurID (Token): If you received a Token from Siemens, please enter your UserID, you have received already and your Passcode. After that, please click on Log In. 3 Now you are logged into ProjektPortal. Via the tab Project SAP cfolders (above in the left) the following channels are available for working with SAP cfolders: SAP cfolders Password Management : Here you can find your login data. SAP cfolders : Click on the icon to log into SAP cfolders. Page 3/7

4 Please fill in your username and password and click to ok. Z000DTBK Please change your password after your first login (your user name is unchangeable). Page 4/7

5 How to change your SAP cfolders password: You can change your password of SAP cfolders via the tab settings. There, you can find a button change password via the tab user. Page 5/7

6 Please consider the following rules concerning the safety of your password: at least 8 characters (in the future at most 40 characters) at least 1 capital letter at least 1 lower case letter at least 1 numeral at least 1 special character Please do not use the following characters: / \ ;, $! So, your possibilities for the special character are: - _ = ~ < > Please do not start your password with the following characters:? 0 or with the space character Please do not start your password with three similar characters for example bbbat. Please do not start your password with three consecutive characters of your username. Please do not use pass or init and do not use one of your last five passwords. After your first login, your password is valid for 3 months. During this period, you do not need to enter your login data. After this period, you have to change your password (please remember your password and your user name!). Now you are logged into SAP cfolders and the homepage of cfolders appears. Please click on Received Notifications ( Empfangene Meldungen ) on the navigation bar on the left side. Page 6/7
