3 2 How can I participate in the GZR Token Sale? In order to participate in the sale you must have an ERC20 compatible wallet, and you must pass KYC/AML checks on SAFT Launch within 30 days of the end of the sale. The smart contract address will be made available on on November 29 th. You will automatically receive GZR after you send ETH to the smart contract; After you pass KYC, your receiving ETH address will be added to the smart contract whitelist which will then automatically unlock your tokens. If you send ETH before being added to the whitelist, your GZR will be locked until you pass KYC. Accepted Currencies Our sale is set up as a Token Generation Event. This means that as our smart contract receives ETH, it automatically mints off tokens and sends them straight to your ERC20 compatible Ethereum wallet. This way you get instant access to your tokens after sending ETH to the smart contract. Due to this, we have opted to only accept ETH during the crowdsale. However, if you would like to contribute in BTC or another altcoin, we have prepared a guide outlining how to convert your coins into ETH using ShapeShift.io Converting BTC (or another altcoin) into ETH using ShapeShift.io If you want to know how to convert BTC or another altcoin (i.e Dash, Monero, 1ST, etc.) into ETH in order to send ETH to our smart contract, please check out the following guide on our blog. 4 3 Create a New MyEtherWallet Account If you have an existing MyEtherWallet (MEW) account, please skip this section and jump to the next section, Use an Existing Account Step 1: Go to Go to the MyEtherWallet website, making sure that you access the website via the secure HTTPS address. If you re using Chrome, you should see a green lock notification in the address bar letting you know that your connection is secure. Step 2: Go to the New Wallet tab

5 4 Step 3: Enter a Strong Password Enter a password that will be used to access your wallet: 1. Create a strong password. Use upper and lower-case letters, also use numbers and symbols (such as %, etc). 2. Be sure to store this password somewhere safe, do not forget it. Losing this password is equivalent to losing all the ETH and GZR stored in your account. Click the Create New Wallet button. Step 4: Save Your Keystore File This file contains your private and public keys and is required in order to access your MEW account. Please note that you won t be able to access your account without this file and the password created in step 3. Losing either one of these is the same as losing all of your ETH and GZR stored in your account.

6 5 Never share your private keys with anyone. That is equivalent to giving someone your bank PIN. Step 6: Unlock Your Wallet to View the Public Address Follow the instructions to unlock your wallet and get your public address: Select the Keystore File (UTC / JSON) and select the keystore file you ve downloaded in the previous step Enter the password you set in Step 3 and click on the Unlock button to unlock your wallet

7 6 Step 7: Save Your Public Address Now that you have created a new ERC20 compatible wallet on MEW, you should now be able to see your Ethereum Public Address under Your Address or the Account Address section

8 7 Make sure to save the public address, you will need to provide this public address during your registration for KYC on SAFT Launch. Do not lose your password or your keystore file, as you will need to use them to access your wallet for the Gizer token sale. Using an Existing MEW Account Step 1: Go to Go to the MyEtherWallet website, making sure that you access the website via the secure HTTPS address. If you re using Chrome, you should see a green lock notification in the address bar letting you know that your connection is secure. Step 2: Go to the View Wallet Info Tab

9 8 Step 3: Unlock Your Wallet to View the Public Address Select the Keystore File (UTC / JSON) and the wallet file (or any method you wish to use). We will be using the Keystore File (UTC / JSON) method for this guide. After selecting your wallet file, input your password and click the Unlock button to unlock your wallet. You will need to provide your public address during registration for KYC on SAFT Launch. After being verified, your public address will be automatically added to the whitelist. Do not lose your password or the keystore file, as you will need to use them to access your wallet for the GZR token sale.

10 9 Know Your Customer (KYC) for the Gizer Token Sale In order to participate in the GZR token sale, we are requiring all contributors to undergo a Know Your Customer check via SAFT Launch. This makes us feel comfortable by knowing that GZR purchasers are legitimate contributors and it should make all GZR buyers more comfortable too. We recommend you register and undergo KYC as soon as possible. If you have not passed KYC within 30 days of the end of the sale, your GZR will remain locked and may be forfeited. In order for the smart contract to unlock your GZR tokens, you must pass KYC before the end of the ICO to be added to the whitelist. Registering for SAFT Launch and Logging in Step 1: Go to The first step in the Know Your Customer process is to visit SAFT Launch and click SIGN UP FOR FREE on the navigation bar in order to sign up for an account. Please note that you will need a working mobile phone and valid phone number in order to login to SAFT Launch.

11 10 Step 2: Fill Out Your Basic Information on SAFT Launch Enter your First Name, Last Name, Address, Password and Country in order to register for an account with SAFT Launch. Alternatively, if you have an Uphold account, you can connect with that instead of signing up with your . Don t forget to read and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy before clicking REGISTER at the bottom of the form. After registering, you will receive an confirmation from SAFT Launch. Click the link you got in your in order to verify your account.

12 11 Step 3: Verify Your Go to your inbox and open the SAFT Launch Verification , click the Verify button to complete your registration with SAFT Launch. Congratulations, you have successfully registered for an account on SAFT Launch. After you have registered for an account on SAFT Launch please proceed to enter your information and click Login

13 12 Step 4: Enter your phone number for 2-Factor Authentication Enter your phone number into the Phone Verification prompt in order to enable 2FA with Authy. If you don t have Authy you can download it here. If you would prefer to not use Authy, you can opt to simply receive an SMS on the next page after entering your phone number and clicking the SEND CODE button. Enter your mobile phone number and click the SEND CODE button. SAFT Launch takes its security responsibilities very seriously. As part of that, they require phone verification for all new members. This is governed by their Privacy Policy.

14 13 If you would prefer to not install Authy, you can click Send Code at the bottom of the screen as seen below. You will be sent a verification code via SMS. Enter the SMS token you receive in order to log into SAFT Launch. After you have entered your 2 Factor Authentication Code you will be directed to the SAFT Launch Investor Dashboard where you can begin the KYC Process.

15 14 How to complete KYC on SAFT Launch SAFT Launch easily facilitates the KYC process. Verifying is simple and takes under 5 minutes to complete. Step 1: After logging into SAFT Launch, click the VERIFY button Step 2: Upload Your Media Start by entering all your information into the fields, you will need a valid passport in order to fill out the form. If you do not have a valid passport, you must support@saftlaunch.com in order to be manually verified using a Drivers License or another government issued form of identification.

16 15 Step 3: Enter your information for KYC After filling out the form and clicking the SUBMIT button, you will see that your application is UNDER REVIEW. Please note that identify verification can take up to 48h. If you have waited more than 48h and your profile has not been approved, please contact SAFT Launch support at or contact Gizer support at

17 16 Once your verification has been completed, you will see VERIFIED under SAFTLAUNCH KYC/AML VERIFICATION in your SAFT Launch Dashboard Congratulations, you have completed the Know Your Customer and only have one small step left to complete in order to be added to the whitelist. Registering for the Whitelist The final step to unlocking your GZR tokens is simple, all you need to do is add your compatible ERC20 wallet to the SAFT Launch dashboard. Just click My Wallet under Wallets and paste your address in. If you are KYC/AML verified on SAFT Launch, and you have added a wallet address to your dashboard, your wallet address will be added to our smart contract whitelist. If you sent ETH to our contract before doing KYC, do not worry. As long as you completed KYC before the end of the ICO, your address will be whitelisted and you will automatically receive your unlocked GZR. Any GZR sent to an address not on the whitelist will remain locked.

18 17 Adding a Wallet to your SAFT Launch Dashboard Step 1: Login to SAFT Launch Step 2: Click the MY WALLET button Step 3: Enter your Public Address Go to MyEtherWallet (or any compatible ERC20 wallet) and copy your public address, enter it into the field below and click CREATE WALLET

19 18 Please note, you MUST NOT SEND ETH FROM AN EXCHANGE You must use an ERC20 compatible wallet, which allows you to register custom tokens. You must control your private key. A perfect example of a compatible ERC20 Wallet is MyEtherWallet (MEW). If you send ETH from an exchange, you will not have access to your GZR.
