3 Step one: Download and install the mobile app available on Google Play Store. Step two: Open the installed application. Step three: On the login page click on Sign up to register for an account. 3

4 Step four: Fill in all your details as required: First Name Last Name Phone Number (Without 0 at the front) Enter Password Retype Password Referral Code 4

5 Step five: Click SUBMIT and verify your address and phone number as instructed in the pop-up. Click EDIT to modify the information or click OK to confirm. 5

6 Step six: Enter the Verification Code that has been sent to your registered . Then, click SUBMIT. *if you did not receive any, click Resend to request for a new code. 6

8 Step one: User need to enter the correct address and password. 8

9 Step two: Enter the OTP that has been sent to your registered mobile phone number. Then, click SUBMIT. *if you did not receive any, click Resend OTP to request for a new OTP. 9

10 Step three: Set your personal 4-digit Session PIN Code. *This PIN will be required to enter your session each time after you ve been disconnected from the session for being idle. 10

12 Click on Level Information Details at the bottom-right of the page to read more about these limits. *You need to be verified by the system administrator for all these verifications to increase your Cash In and Cash Out limits. 12

Fill in all your personal details as required and then click NEXT : Country Street Address City State/Province Postal Code ID Type Upload Document (click to upload your supporting document. System administrator will verify your address against this document) 17

19 For security purpose, you need to create your own passphrase before procced on doing any transaction. *Note: The passphrase must be at lease 8 characters. Must contain at least one lower case letter, one upper case letter, one digit and one special character. Valid special character 19

20 Step one: Open the Blockchains.MY application and enter your Session PIN. Step two: Go to Dashboard by clicking any crypto assets (DNC/BTC/ETH/XRP) under the list of menus. 20

24 By clicking the button, you can choose one of the options available: i. Find Exchanger Nearby ii. Post Buying Offer iii. Cash In via Bitcoin ATM (for BTC) 24

31 To recharge your NFC card, you can choose Cash Out to NFC Debit Card from the BTC/ETH/DNC/XRP Cash Out options. Fill in all the details as required. Then, click Recharge 31

34 Step one: Go to the NFC card dashboard Step two: Click ACTIVATE CARD. Note: Your account must be at Level 3 in Limit and Verification in order to apply for the NFC card. ONE user can apply maximum 3 NFC card. 34

36 Step four: Wait for approval by the system administrator. You can check your application status by clicking RECHECK STATUS 36

39 Step seven: Enter Card Number (written at the front of your NFC card) and CVV number (written at the back of your NFC card) 39

40 Step eight: Your NFC card information will be shown. Tap your card to complete the process. 40

47 For first PIN change, enter your old PIN (the last 4 digits of your card number at the front of your NFC card). Enter new PIN of your choice. Click CHANGE PIN. 47

48 In case of lost card, you can use this function. Ensure that your card number is correct and then click CARD BLOCK. 48
