1 PARTICIPATING IN PODONE s ICO The token address for PodOne will be published on the official podone.io website 48 hours before the ICO. Some important items to remember: Only Ether (ETH) is accepted Minimum transaction amount = 0.10 ETH Only use the token address listed on the website Don t use any addresses sent to you by or chat Don t send from an exchange, only from your personal wallet Please set a gas limit of 200,000 before sending ETH ICO Week 1 (50% Bonus): March 1 st, :00AM ET March 7 th, :59PM ET 1 ETH = 1,500 QBE ICO Week 2 (20% Bonus): March 8 th, :00AM ET March 15 th, :59PM ET 1 ETH = 1,200 QBE ICO Weeks 3 & 4 (0% Bonus): March 16 th, :00AM ET March 31 st, :59PM ET 1 ETH = 1,000 QBE ICO will end on 3/31/2018 OR once the hard cap of 45,000 ETH is reached. Step 1 Purchase Ethereum (ETH) In order to participate in the PodOne token sale you must have Ether (ETH) in a personal wallet. You can purchase ETH with your Visa or Mastercard by using one of the services listed below: 1) Coinbase: 2) Changelly: 3) Cex.io: From our experience, Coinbase.com is the easiest to use and most reliable for US-based customers, while Changelly and Cex.io is great for international use. Once your Ethereum has been purchased, you must move your funds off of the exchange used to purchase them and into a personal wallet. We recommend MyEtherWallet.com, a simple and easy to use personal wallet. Please find instructions below.

2 Step 2 Create Ether Wallet 1) Go to 2) Enter a strong password and click Create New Wallet. 3) Save your Private Key by clicking Download Keystore File (UTC / JSON).

3 4) Once the Keystore File has been downloaded, click I understand. Continue. (Note: you won t be able to click Continue until you click Download your Keystore File) 5) You should also save your private key by clicking Print Wallet as a backup.

4 6) Click Save Your Address. 7) Now, to see your address, upload your private key. To do so, click Keystore File (UTC / JSON).

5 8) Upload the Keystore File you downloaded earlier by selecting Select Wallet File. 9) Enter the password you used to create the wallet initially and click Unlock.

6 10) Once your wallet is unlocked, you can scroll down to see all details. Including the wallet address which you'll need in order to send ETH from the exchange. Step 3 Send Ethereum from exchange to your wallet Once you ve configured your MyEtherWallet, send the desired amount of Ethereum from the Exchange used in Step 1 (or any other existing exchange) to your MyEtherWallet address created in Step 2, Item #10.

7 Step 4 Send Ethereum to PodOne token sale address Having received ETH in your wallet at you may now participate in the PodOne token sale. Log in to your MyEtherWallet.com account and choose Send Ether & Tokens in the menu. Unlock your wallet with the JSON file and your password or with your Private key. Enter the token sale address seen on the PodOne.io website and the amount of the transfer.

8 Optional: In the event of an overloaded Ethereum network, you may increase your Gwei to make sure your transaction succeeds. It can be found in the upper right-hand corner of your MyEtherWallet page, as shown below: Set your Gas Limit to 200,000 and click Generate Transaction. Address for sending ETH will be published on the website hours before the token sale.

9 Step 5 Adding QBE Token to your Wallet Log into your wallet from where ETH was sent.
