1 Step by Step Instructions NRP Online Database NRP Instructors: In this database you can: Change your personal information, like your mailing address, phone number and ; Access secured resources for Instructors; Check your current course credits; Submit new NRP course rosters; View details and status of past course rosters. NRP Program Coordinators and Assistants: In this database you can: View the details and status of past course rosters from your institution; Submit new NRP course rosters on behalf of your instructors Logging In 1. Go to 2. Click the NRP Icon

2 Logging In 3. Click the link to the Online Database 4. Enter your User ID and Password. Instructors: Your User ID is your NRP Instructor number. If this is your first login, use your last name as your password. Coordinators: Contact us at to obtain a User ID and password. Forgot your password? Click here to have a new password sent to you. You will need your User ID and your address.

3 When you are logged in: Instructors: You will see your summary page. This section shows your current registration period and when you will be due to renew. This section shows your course credits for this registration period. Coordinators: You will see the Select Instructor page. Click the arrow to open a list of instructors to choose from. Select the lead instructor for the course you wish to view or submit. Click Go. If you cannot find an instructor: You will only see instructors who are registered and who have selected your institution in their profile settings. Ask the lead instructor to check their profile settings, or contact us at nrp@cps.ca.

4 Viewing Courses and Adding New Courses Instructors: Click Course Rosters to view your courses or submit a new course roster. Coordinators: You will arrive directly at the Course Rosters page after choosing your instructor. The Course Rosters Page lists all courses in the instructor s current 2-year period. To view courses from before the current period, click go to archived. Click Add A Course to enter a new course roster. You can view the status of your roster here. Click the course number to see the course details.

5 Submitting a Course Roster 1. Click Add A Course on the Course Rosters page. 2. The Course Information page will open. Enter course details here. If you have both new and renewing participants in your course, or if some completed different lessons or megacode, you can adjust this when you enter the participant information. Tip: Include a detailed address for provider card mailings. This helps ensure they reach you. Include your department, division or room number if the cards are to be sent to a large institution. 3. When you are ready to add your participants, click Add Participants You can save your course details at any time, and return later to finish.

6 4. Enter details of each participant. The Course Level, Lessons and Megacode will show your course information. You can edit these for individual participants. 5. If this is an Instructor course, enter address details. This is not required for Provider courses. 6. Click Save and Proceed to return to the Course page and submit the roster. 7. Review your course details and make any adjustments. At the bottom of Course screen the total participants entered is displayed. Click Save Without Submitting to save your information and return later to finish. 8. Click Submit Roster when you are finished. You will not be able to edit the information after you submit.

7 Viewing Course Details To view details about your submitted courses, click the course link on the Course Rosters page. The Course Data page will open. It looks like this.

8 Instructor Resources From any screen, you can open the Instructor Profile page and the Teaching Resources page. These are available only to NRP instructors. Instructor Profile Page Click here to change your mailing address, hospital affiliation, and other personal information. Teaching Resources Click here to access secured resources for NRP instructors.
