3 Case Study MCSS & MCYS Expediting Access to Social Services The Ontario Ministry of Community and Social Services (MCSS) and the Ontario Ministry of Children and Youth Services (MCYS) required a way to exchange confidential information securely, expediently, and costeffectively. 7 The Solution To address their security and efficiency issues, the two provincial Ministries implemented the fully-branded, bilingual DeliverySlip solution in The organizations used the DeliverySlip Outlook Add-in to transform their Outlook into a secure, simplified communications and collaboration tool. By enabling MCSS and MCYS to communicate securely with clients and partners, DeliverySlip dramatically improved work ow within the Ministries multiple social service programs.
