2 Key Reminder The URL Link for all employees involved in the 360 exercise is the same throughout the entire exercise. Specifically for participants, you can use either the URL Link in the Contracting Phase OR the Assessment Phase to access the 360 portal Please keep the with the URL Link OR save the URL Link in a word document etc. At any time that you encounter any error on the online portal, please take a screen shot and a description of the error. This will allow us to trace the error and help us to correct the issue. Participants refers to all employees that falls under Band 1 to Band 5 questionnaire Feedback givers refers to any employees that has been selected by the participants to complete the 360 assessment (i.e. not all participants will be a feedback giver) Contracting Phase participants to select their feedback givers Assessment Phase feedback givers to complete assessment phase for participants 2

4 Homepage Overview Participant Responsibilities Participant Responsibilities: only for participants (i.e. Band 1 Band 5) For participants, you will select your feedback givers using the Participant Responsibilities page 4
5 Homepage Overview Participant Responsibilities Scroll to the bottom of the page, and you will find the table where you can select your feedback givers and monitor the completion status of feedback givers 5

7 Selecting Feedback Givers Once you click on the My Raters link, you should be taken to this pop-up screen and you will be able to manage your feedback givers by using these three buttons: - Add Rater Remove Rater Edit Rater 7

10 Selecting Feedback Givers Steps 1. Choose the relationship of the feedback giver to you (i.e. Superior) 10
11 Selecting Feedback Givers Steps 1. Choose the relationship of the feedback giver to you (i.e. Superior) 2. Start typing their name or address 3. There should be a drop down list that appears after the first three letters. 4. The list will further narrow down as you continue to type in their name/ address. 5. Click on the name / address of the individual you want to select as your feedback giver 11
12 Selecting Feedback Givers Steps 1. Choose the relationship of the feedback giver to you (i.e. Superior) 2. Key in their address 3. There should be a drop down list that appears after the first three letters. 4. The list will further narrow down as you continue to type in their name/ address. 5. Click on the name / address of the individual you want to select as your feedback giver 6. Their details should appear automatically under LAST Name and FIRST Name 7. Confirm and ensure that the right person is selected, then click Save and continue adding the rest of your feedback givers 8. Once you add the final feedback giver, click Save and Close 12
13 Selecting Feedback Givers Error Message Key Item to Note If you continue to type, and their address, last name and first name do not appear this indicates that their is NOT in the employee data If you encounter the message Bad Address this indicates that their is NOT in the employee data You will not be able to Save the rater in this instance 13
14 Removing Feedback Givers To remove feedback givers, click on the name of the feedback giver you want to remove Once selected, click on Remove Rater 14
15 Homepage Overview Participant Responsibilities Once you select your feedback givers, it should be updated in the Participant Responsibilities Page under No. of Feedback Givers Selected 15

17 Homepage Overview Participant Responsibilities You will be able to monitor the submission of assessments by your feedback givers Minimum No. of Feedback Givers Achieved : Status will only change to Yes if the number submitted has met the required minimum number of feedback required 17

22 Survey Form Once you click on Do Assessment, the survey form that you need to complete will load 22
23 Survey Form Submission Options Towards the end of the survey, there will be 3 submission options for you to choose: q Submit submit button will only be enabled once you have completed all ratings q Save as Draft to save survey form for later work q Cancel to exit survey form without saving 23
